I’ve been visiting Castleton Dental Practice for quite a number of years now. The level of expertise and professionalism of all of the staff has meant that even when I moved 50miles away, I remained a patient and was more than prepared to make the trip. I can’t recommend Peter and his team enough - I’ve even convinced family members to switch to the practice.

I'm always impressed with the experience at Time Dental, and I've been a client for 6 or 7 years now. The premises are spotlessly clean, the staff always welcoming and efficient, and the dental care is excellent. Dr Rashid always takes the time for a quick chat and explains everything he's doing, offering advice and flagging up potential future areas of concern. I never feel like I'm being pressed to have work done that is not necessary. The hygienists are also very professional. I recommend this dental practice without reservation.

I've been a member at Time Dental for a few years and cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are lovely, considerate and friendly, always trying to make sure I have the best experience. I book my appointments 6 months in advance and always get text reminders to let me know so I don't miss them. Even though I'm moving further away from Time Dental, I won't be changing practise any time soon! 10/10 recommendation!

We have been under Richard’s care now for over 20 years. Even before founding the Tanshire Clinic Richard had an attention for detail and a personal manner that immediately put one at ease. This continues today and applies to every one of the staff at the clinic - from booking the appointment, sitting in the waiting room, undergoing treatment, settling and leaving. As a very long standing patient at Notley Dental Care, I can wholeheartedly recommend their services. What is really noticeable and very much appreciated when having to consider options for treatment, is that they are clearly laid out, with no sense of being encouraged down a particular pathway. My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. Very impressed. She’s also my hygienist and is equally fantastic with adults. Thanks Notley for looking after us for so long! Lucy

Root canal treatment is always scarry but today Emma and her staff were very patient and efficient and all went off well. All the staff are welcoming and call the next day. Wish I had found you sooner..,, no hesitation in recommending even root canal - glad we saved my tooth and not painful at all!

I recently attended No. 5 for the first time as a new patient. I was made to feel very welcome and I was impressed by the calm and comfortable environment. I had the best ever clean by the hygienist, followed by some excellent and reassuring advice. Dr Keanie gave me a very thorough examination and was extremely friendly and professional. I left feeling very pleased that I have found a practice where I will be well looked after. It was refreshing to observe staff who are obviously happy in their jobs, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. I have no hesitation in recommending No. 5.

I am new to the practice and have found the whole experience of enrolling, very simple due to the staff approach and helpfulness. From the first contact, communication has been amazing. Dr Hamza is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field of general dentistry and implants. He has excellent communication skills and always delivers on the services he provides. What a great team! I used to come here years ago, but then moved away. On my return I came to Waterden, still the same, but better if possible. Mitul was gentle and so honest which I appreciated, Sachi the hygienist, definitely the best I’ve ever had and Melissa the receptionist a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

After not visiting a dentist for a number of years I had a lot to fix and was very nervous. Claudio and his team were wonderful, patient and understanding. Especially as I find everything about having my teeth worked on really uncomfortable. They listened to my concerns and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout. I can’t recommend them enough!

Always a friendly welcome at the Mews Dental practice, we have been going there for 25 + years and even with the change of ownership we have great experiences (the dental work is never something you want of course!) but they are all helpful, friendly and work to get the best treatment possible for you.

I’ve been a patient of the Coach House dental practice for many years. All members of staff are extremely professional, courteous and immensely welcoming as soon as you step through the door. The treatment I’ve received over the years has been first class. I even travelled down from the Midlands to attend as a patient when I was working away, as they always put me at ease whether it be a checkup or treatment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend this dental practice.

The Coach House Dental Practice has looked after my dental healthcare for many years now and I would not consider finding another dentist even though I now live in West Sussex. I’ve had quite extensive treatment including implants and I must say the attention and care I received was excellent.
