I had a really good experience start to finish. Went in for composite bonding and was really happy with the entire process and result. Everything was explained in detail and they were very transparent with the process & pricing - which I really think is very important. The booking system was really efficient- all done online with a reminder send out a day before my appointment. I’ve had a few dentists lately that I felt were not giving me the right advice so I came to try this dentist, Arlene was very helpful on the phone and when I came for my appointment she was very welcoming. I then met Dr Dipil and he was very friendly and informative finally I’ve found a dentist that is excellent and has given me honest helpful advise and also directed me to specific people that I need to see. Earlier this year I had an upper lip Frenectomy done by Dr Dipil at Kingston Dental, and it went exceptionally well. I’m definitely a more nervous patient and Dr Dipil made me feel very comfortable and was very careful during and after the procedure. My aftercare plan was great and worked perfectly I healed very well and am very very happy with my results 8 months down the line. All round smooth experience and was treated very well by all staff for a great price. Highly recommend this clinic, especially if you are someone who is initially anxious when it comes to dental/ oral procedures. Thanks so much.
