Today I had a really good experience at Headstone Dental Surgery. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, helpful and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Tehrani who took the time to explain the steps of my treatment, which made me feel comfortable and informed. Dr Tehrani was very thorough and did my treatment procedure to a high standard and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The clinic was clean and well equipped which gave me confidence in the quality of care I was receiving. Excellent service! I’m undergoing implant treatment at this clinic, and the entire team has been incredible, especially Dr Imran. He is consistently professional, deeply compassionate, and creates a welcoming atmosphere at every visit. I took a long time to decide to move forward with this treatment, but it has been worth every penny. I hesitated for a long time due to fear but I’m so glad I took the step. My daughter was in severe pain and needed to be seen urgently. The surgery fitted her in immediately and were extremely helpful, while maintaining a wonderful and considerate attitude. They explained the issue, making sure we understood the problem and guided us through the process. My daughter's pain was fixed within a day and the treatment was started. Every single person from the lovely receptionists to the kind and sincere dentists/dental nurses were so helpful. Overall our experience was made much better and easier to deal with.
