Honestly the friendliest reception team I’ve ever encountered in a dentist, easily one of the main reasons I attend here. Makes a huge difference and even on the busiest of days they are just so helpful and genuine. Every dentist I have met has the same level of care and service. Use to be an extremely nervous patient when it came to dental work but not anymore 👌🏻

As so many have said here, the receptionists are such an asset to this dental practice. Always welcoming and friendly. Aside from this, I can not recommend Nick highly enough. Recently I've been getting toothache and he's taken time to diagnose the problem. He's always answers my questions with patience

I had a wisdom tooth removed and a white filling done recently by Ben Riley who did a wonderful job. I can’t say I was looking forward to it but I didn’t feel a thing and the white filling looks perfect. Thank you Ben.

The minute you walk through the door and are greeted by the lovely Amanda, you know you are in the right place! I had an implant fitted by Dr Murray Pratt who throughout the procedure accompanied by his amazing nurse Holly made me feel at ease and relaxed. What can I say, except AMAZING! I’ve been seeing Mary at Forever Dental since my local NHS dentist didn’t have the capacity to perform a filling replacement and a root canal treatment. Amanda on reception makes my day every time I see or talk to her. The surgery is clean, calm and modern. The appointments are on time, you’re not rushed, and the technology for taking images of your teeth (and the X-ray machine) is fast and mind-blowing. The team are great at dealing with my nerves relating to needles. I now also take my ‘high-energy’ 8 year old daughter for checkups and hygiene appointments. Mary and her team are incredible with her - managing to get my daughter to undergo the checkup and hygiene appointment with the help of Disney songs on the tv screen, and by talking her through every step and showing her the equipment with patience and kindness. Thank you Forever Dental for being a great team!

I have been a patient of Forever Dental and Skin for a couple of years, the care given has been exemplary, I have had a bridge fitted recently and I am thrilled with the results, Murray is very professional and has excellent communication skills, I know I am in safe hands.

Best decision I made to come to Dr Murray Pratt for all my dental work. I knew I was in good hands with Murray who reassured me through every step and being a nervous patient this is essential. The equipment used is modern high tech. This practice is 5 star. Murray is the most skilled dentist I have ever experienced. He has a superb support team including Amanda the receptionist and Anya his dental nurse.

Every time I go to this dentist, I get a warm friendly welcome, the staff are always very very helpful. The dentists are professional and put me at my ease and best of all, they don't judge. Nobody is a great fan of dentist visits, but this is about the best it can be.

The main receptionist is welcoming and friendly. She answers any question with a lovely manner. When I was unable to make my hygienist appt due to a family emergency, she even offered to keep my name on the list just in case if there was a cancellation. I was able to see the hygienist on the same day as my dental check up. She is absolutely fabulous. The dentist is also knowledgeable and great. The only issue for us has been that we had to reschedule our appointments on two occasions due to the dentist being unavailable. All in all lovely practice and friendly staff.

Recently Registered my family only recently Registration process was easy. was given our first appointment very quickly. excellent communication with receptionist via email when I needed question answered. reception staff are super friendly on arrival. Very happy that I have joined this practice. Today I had my second check up. The reception staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The nurse called me for my appointment and apologised for the delay, which was only a few minutes. She was approachable and friendly. When I saw the dentist he also apologised for the delay, which was minimal. He was very professional and carefully explained my options to me. I am apprehensive when visiting the dentist but all of the team made me feel comfort.

My family has been coming to this practice for 40 years. Always good service and great staff.

I recently had occasion to contact the surgery due to loosing a tooth filling over the bank holiday period. The service and attention provided was immediate and highly efficient. In recent years I have been treated by Kirollos Henien who has always demonstrated a high standard of professionalism and capability. Together with the dental assistants and receptionists the entire team have provided a first class level of service and care.

I have just returned from seeing Yuga and I am really happy with the service that she provides. She has given me lots of advice and guidance over the last year about how to keep my teeth clean and my gums healthy. Recently moved to Horton Dental Practice now I spend more time working from home. Very impressed by the friendly, helpful and professional service from the moment I walked in at the reception desk through to my treatment. I saw Marian and Amanda who were an excellent team. Superb team and very helpful. I had a cracked tooth out of hours and visited the team first thing in the morning. An appointment was scheduled for me and Jeevan put me at ease and removed the tooth in under 10 mins including the anaesthetic. Thank you all for the help and support.

For years I have wanted composite bonding and yet I could never find a Dentist or practice that gave me what I was after until I came to see Dr Minesh at Bupa Dental Care Epsom. Dr Minesh was amazing, from doing a mock up on my teeth before I agreed to anything, to explaining colour choices, I really felt like I was in safe hands and that I was being listened to and understood. I did not want the fashionable ‘turkey teeth’ I wanted my natural teeth just enhanced and thats exactly what I got. Dr Minesh’s eye for creating a ‘natural’ smile is genius. The entire team were professional and efficient as they had various appointments available which suited my schedule. I could not be happier with my results! Thank you!

I couldn't rave more highly about my experience as a new patient here. I'm an extremely nervous patient and my teeth have been problematic since childhood - not typically a great combination. Everybody is so reassuring; the reception team are brilliant and really knowledgeable, the dental assistant (whose name I sadly didn't catch) is a star and put me at ease from the get go, and Vanita is amazing - as lovely as she is skilful. I felt fully informed about everything, felt no pain during my crown prep appointment and most importantly (for me), it was a really supportive environment with no judgment. Highly recommended.

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Farnoush and I am so so happy with the end results. The staff were always very professional, paying so much attention to detail to ensure I was completely happy with how my teeth looked at the end of my treatment. As a Brazilian I used to only “trust” Brazilian dentists, but they are quite expensive in London. Moving to Epsom I wanted to find a dentist here and after seeing good reviews for Dr Annie I booked my first appointment - best decision ever! Annie is amazing, super calm, friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained everything, answered all my questions and checked on me the whole time to make sure I was alright. In the end she removed stains that were really putting me down and I left super happy and confident. I already booked my next cleaning with her. The dental nurse/assistant was also really nice, just don’t know her name. Amazing team!

I've just finished a 6 month 'Active Aligner' process with Zeinab & her team. All was great - highly recommend. My teeth were a big mess going into it so I was slightly doubtful but the end result is excellent, really pleased. Each time you change the aligner it aches for a day or 2 but don't let that put you off - very easy process. Thanks :)
