Dr Rash Patel is the most amazing human being. When I say I hate to go to the dentist, doesn't everybody I hear you cry, I don't think anyone ever fully appreciates just how petrified I am. The childhood trauma of the heavy metal (by that I mean silver filling) generation. It won't ever go away. Dr Rash was amazing and above all else he treated this silly 54 year old woman with great kindness and respect and did a very good job of a rear molar extraction as an emergency appointment. If I can I will try to get all my appointments with him from now on, the lucky fella, but I do have a feeling there is a very long list of patients waiting to do exactly that. I can not thank him enough to be rid of that pain.

I've been with the practice since 1990. I think this longevity serves as a testament to the quality of service received. Rash is the dentist I always see and I can't imagine anyone else looking after my teeth. The reception staff are professional and friendly.

My first visit. Very impressed. Clean, smart surgery, very friendly, helpful receptionists and a great experience with a professional and friendly dentist who explained everything to me in an easy to understand way and explained all of my options.

Reception area and treatment rooms are spotless with high hygiene standards. Staff are friendly and experienced. Treatment plans and costs are explained clearly. All staff are long serving thus reflecting on the culture of the clinic. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere at Slade Dental Practice & Implant Centre is very calming and relaxing. The medical and non-medical staff are courteous, polite, professional. and friendly. And I especially like the fact that the dentist gave me a detailed explanation of the procedure, test, or examination before he started, and he ensured that I understood and was comfortable with it. Also, the dentist was patient in listening to and addressing my concerns.
