Hadn't been to a dentist or hygienist for about 8 years, barely ever brush my teeth (gross), drink copious amount of energy drink and smoke about 40 cigarettes a day. After seeing the dentist I was amazed I didn't need any fillings. Seeing as I'm trying to care about myself again, I went to the hygienist today and my teeth turned from a horribly stained vivid yellow to basically white, even removing some brace cement from over 12 years ago, ontop of that Jo and Zoe were truly lovely. Thank you
