We have been coming to this dental practice as a family for years and cannot fault it. Friendly staff, clean premises and a professional service from start to finish. A special thanks to Johannes who keeps our teeth in great shape! ☺️

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hygienist made me feel comfortable and calmly talked me through what she was doing. The practice was clean and tidy and created a pleasant surroundings.

Welcoming reception staff. Was a bit apprehensive about our new dentist Shafrin as we had always been very happy with Paul. However, he was very pleasant, friendly and efficient and we feel comfortable with him already. Great service all round.

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you

I absolutely love this dental clinic! I visit every three months to see Chloe Hayter, my amazing hygienist, and every six months to see Sana Bashir, my wonderful dentist. The whole experience is always such a pleasure, starting with Sam at reception. She’s so lovely to deal with—always cheerful, welcoming, and organised. She gives you a friendly call ahead of your appointment and greets you with such warmth when you arrive. It’s clear she, along with the other reception staff, genuinely enjoy their work. Chloe is incredible! She genuinely cares about my dental hygiene, and her meticulous attention to detail has completely transformed my gum health since I started seeing her. She’s professional, friendly, and so approachable, which makes my regular visits such a positive experience. Her dedication to her job and her patients really shines through, and I feel so comfortable every time I see her. Sana is just as fantastic—calm, approachable, and full of great advice for keeping my teeth healthy. I always leave my appointments feeling well cared for and confident about my dental health. Honestly, the team at this clinic are absolute stars and a real credit to the practice. Their friendly and happy demeanour makes all the difference—I don’t think I’d attend as often as I need to if it weren’t for them!

I never worry about going to the dentists. Everyone is really friendly. Today was an hygienists appointment with Jo. All checks completed and a thorough clean done. Reception with Sam is so relaxed. They are so busy but always welcoming. Our appointment was brought forwards as they had a cancellation and called just yesterday and seen and completed today. Have been at BDC for many years now and won’t ever change.

Melanie Hunt looks after myself and my kids. She is extremely professional and reassuring. She explains everything thoroughly which I really appreciate. This is probably the best Dental Practice in Newbury, with friendly & knowledgeable Dentists & Staff. You never feel rushed, and the Dentists soon put your mind at rest as soon as you get in the dentists chair. It is a rarity for me to write a review for a company however I feel compelled to on this occasion. I have been a patient at 20/20 Dental Practice for many years always treated with the utmost courtesy and receiving excellent treatment. A couple of months ago I had a horrendous accident whilst running and badly smashed my two upper front teeth - I was devastated ! I cannot express more praise to Craig Hughes one of the dentists at the practice who fitted me in at short notice and preceded to expertly perform no less than a miracle repairing the two teeth in a hour. I am so grateful for the expertise of the Dentists at the Practice and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Changed dentists due to relocating to a new area and chose Briars not only from the online reviews but also the appearance of the clinic. From first view to going inside I was taken back by how professional it all looked and felt and the friendliness of the staff was warm and welcoming. I was in for my first consultation before any treatment was undertaken and a big thanks and special mention to Chelsea (Consultation Technician) for not only having a friendly and upbeat manner but explaining everything in such detail and with a calmness that I was instantly at ease and knew I had chosen the right place. For anyone who may be anxious about going to the dentist I can't recommend Briars highly enough.

I’ve recently started treatment here and have to say, their attention, customer care and respect is spot on. I’ve previously attended the same dentist for nearly 40 years until they retired so not an easy transition to make. Nick and Kasia are highly skilled at what they do but very obviously care about their patients wellbeing at the same time. Thank you for making me feel at ease and confident in your care.

I have been attending The Briars Dental Centre for a couple of years and cannot praise their expertise enough. Yesterday Dr. Lilleker prepared a back tooth for a crown. Although the treatment was lengthy, at no time did I feel hurried and had complete confidence in his professionalism, ability and care. Furthermore, the premises are laid out very well. Parking in my experience, has never been a problem, first class cleaners internally cannot be faulted, the reception staff always seem pleased to see patients and listen to them and the external grounds are always tidy. What more could anyone want?

Have been with this practice for many years and in recent times it has had a serous upgrade. From the receptionists to Dr Alex Chan, everyone is very friendly and the quality of treatment and modern equipment is very good. Highly recommended but beware parking can be sometimes difficult

I would highly recommend this dental practice! As a nervous patient I was very worried about having emergency treatment, the reception team were very kind and friendly which helped give me some reassurance as soon as I entered the building. Zahra and Cristina were amazing!!! Zahra was very helpful, patient and highly professional - she explained what was wrong with my tooth and discussed the treatment procedure in detail. During the treatment Zahra stopped multiple times to make sure that I was feeling ok and kept me informed of exactly what she was doing. Cristina was also very friendly and helpful especially when my treatment procedure ended up running into lunch time The service was excellent and I would 100% recommend this practice!

I have been petrified since the age of 12, until today when my dentist here was absolutely amazing! 2 injections (my biggest fear) and felt nothing! 1 very large filling and 1 very difficult wisdom filling later.. I was at the point where I was about to be refered to be put under... The best dentist in the practice, I am very very happy! Thankyou!

My son attended today for 1st time as emergency with severe toothache after having meltdown at registered dentist and couldn't have treatment as he autistic regular dentist then wouldn't re see him until spoke to manager in 4 days. Not knowing what to do as the pain was so bad I contacted here and from moment I called through to treatment they was absolutely amazing and understanding to my son. He went through with treatment and now put of pain these guys here absolutely brilliant so thankful for the way they was with my son

Got me in before my appointment, clearly explained everything and took time with me. All staff I met during my visit were incredibly friendly and helpful. I have had trouble getting an NHS dentist so to have my initial impressions met and exceeded is brilliant.

Dental Nurse Kelly, pulls no punches and gives it to you straight! She took the time to show my x-rays, what and where I was going wrong. Kelly explained to me in layman's terms. I like straight talking people and I learned a lot through her advice. She also did a super job cleaning and was respectful of my nervousness to pain! Total respect, thank you

I can't recommend Nick, Sofia, Amy, Holly and Laura highly enough. Implants were the best option after a severe infection and a complicated dental history. As a nervous dental patient I was very apprehensive about a process that would take almost a year but I don't think I could have had a better experience. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent, all my questions and concerns were thoroughly dealt with and I can't believe how seamless and pain-free the last year has been. I was very self-conscious as it was my two front teeth but even the two sets of temporary teeth Nick created were good enough for me to smile freely. Nick, and team, really did a fantastic job from a challenging starting point and I am very grateful for their care, kindness and skill throughout. It is possible to go for a cheaper option but I am so glad I didn't, as apart from an excellent result I had peace of mind throughout. (Thank you also to Sarah for her advice and guidance up front, much appreciated).

I recently came to the end of an extensive course of treatment at Woodborough House, including implant surgery, to fix some quite serious and longstanding issues. My teeth are now looking and feeling wonderful, thanks to the brilliant Nick and his friendly team, who just ooze expertise and professionalism. As well as giving state-of-the-art care, they always took the time to ensure I was feeling safe and comfortable. It took any fear out of going for even major treatment, because I learned I could trust them 100%. Thanks so much, guys!

Christmas Eve and everyone in the Christmas mood, but some of us were not looking forward to Christmas as much. A split and painful tooth needed extracting under sedation, and Woodborough House Dental Practice certainly came to my rescue in their customary professional way. Thank you to everyone who was involved in my treatment yesterday; the receptionists who welcomed me, the young lady (Holly?) who sedated me and prepared me for my treatment, and the wonderful Alex and his nurses who so expertly and gently removed my tooth. Alex is a lovely human being as well as an excellent dentist. Thank you also to everyone at the practice who I have seen over the recent month or so.
