I’ve had stressful experiences at the dentist in the past (not this practice) and felt nervous about my appointment. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and I felt that I was in good hands during my checkup. Ryan took the time to explain everything and didn’t put any pressure on me when talking about treatment options.

Great dentist. Easy to book an appointment, friendly and helpful receptionists. Lovely dentist and assistant. They explain everything, very transparent with treatment and prices. Can only recommend.

We've all heard the horror stories concerning dental experiences. But I'm very happy to have found this practise. I see Helen for my main dental treatments and Amanda is my hygienist. Both are extremely professional and thorough. The reception staff are always happy and friendly and I'm going back today for a specialist appointment to help with my snoring issues🙄

Excellent customer service. Staff very courteous and helpful. Dentist did what I feared was going to be an unpleasant extraction in a matter of moments with no discomfort to me. In fact I thought he was still preparing when he said, "That's it. It's out". Very impressed. Highly recommended.

I initially wrote a review following a disappointing experience due to a delay in receiving paperwork following a procedure. Within 48 hours of writing this review, Dr Sunil (owner) called me, despite it being a weekend. He was very professional and listened to my concerns regarding the incident and discussed it in depth. It is very apparent that he has a great level of care towards all of his patients - whether they have received care from him directly or from other staff at the practice. I would genuinely say that he went above and beyond to rectify the issue and I am delighted with the care and professionalism shown, as well as how quickly I was contacted. It is very rare to find business owners that take such a high level of accountability and strive to make sure that every customer has a positive experience. Despite the initial issue, I absolutely cannot fault how this was resolved. Huge thank you to Dr Sunil.

I’ve been a patient here for a number of years and have always received the best of dental care. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. I intend to stay with this dental surgery as the experience on the whole is positive- I’ve just had a tooth taken out which went very smoothly, and was completely pain-free.

Every visit I am greeted with smiling faces and very high levels of professionalism and competence. Additional follow-ups have been provided free of charge when I would have expected to pay for. Going to the dentist is a pleasure, and I can’t praise the practitioners highly enough.

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

I recently had gum surgery with Dr. Robin and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

Dr Nirali Amin has made such a difference to our lives. Our son was diagnosed with a rare disorder that only specialists could treat and what could be a long and expensive journey. However, Dr Amin went out of her way to find someone to take on his case (showing his x-rays to many specialists) and she actually succeeded. With her assistance, he has now received treatment over the past year and has recently had his last surgery with Guys and St Thomas which was a success. They will still continue to monitor him over the next year but hopefully he won't need any further treatment. We just wanted to thank our amazing dentist for her support and determination to help us.

Dr Amin and his beautiful assistant made me feel so comfortable, being an extremely nervous patient with lots of work needed I am so very grateful for their kind, caring and understanding nature. They have restored my confidence for dental visits! I really cannot begin to express how grateful I am to the team. I have a new smile, the nicest dentist I have ever had. 1000 stars from me. I have been a patient at this excellent practice for many years now and that is entirely down to the wonderful Bobby (Dr Kalsi) and Kully, who always make me feel like a part of their family and put me at ease each and every time. Nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond to ensure my comfort, which I am extremely grateful for as I do suffer with anxiety at times. The whole team are totally committed and passionate about their work and I cannot praise them enough, highly recommended by our whole family.

Update to my original review I've left 2 years ago, I have to say it was one of the best decisions of my life to enter this practice. Dr Kalsi is amazing, nothing is impossible when you are his patient. He has done so much work on my teeth and I truly trust him. I've come so far from an extremely nervous patient who only went to the dentist when it was absolutely necessary or too late to someone who is attending all check ups and decided to ask for a cosmetic treatment. I've been explained all my options, experienced a flexible and understanding approach, and ended up with a nice new smile after Dr Kalsi completed my veneers. I'm so grateful for the whole team, Dr Kalsi is a dental artist, Kully always makes me feel at ease and comfortable, she even got me a neck pillow when I had to sit there for hours of treatment and Sarah the receptionist is always so helpful and cheers me up. Over the years they never let me down, always found time for an emergency appointment, made my surgical extraction experience as pleasant as possible, provided medication and all support I needed. They can be very proud of their practice and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Claremont Dental Surgery! The best dental practice I've ever been! I'm the most nervous patient ever who avoided the dentist for years due to childhood trauma and I wish I would've found Claremont Dental earlier. Dr Kalsi managed to save 2 teeth of mine which been told by another dentist can't be saved and need to be removed. So here I am after some root canal treatment and many hours of work on my teeth, Dr Kalsi perfectly saved them! He really takes his time to make sure he does the best work, explains everything, extremely polite and patient which really helped to fight my anxiety. They also fit me in last minute for emergency appointment and provided antibiotics so quickly when I was in pain and really needed them, never let me down. I'm so grateful to both Dr Kalsi and Kully (I hope I spell your name right) too. If you need a proper trustworthy dentist, this is the best place you can find! :)

I have been seeing Dr Kalsi for a Number of years and have always found him to be very knowledgeable and takes the trouble to explain what is needed and why. I’m immediately put at ease no matter what the procedure being carried out and would highly recommend him and the practice. Sarah in reception is always very welcoming!

Treatment is good. Communication less so. For instance, I'm in the middle of treatment to have a crown fitted. It takes a number of appointments. It would be good to be told at the beginning, "There will be X appointments; the first will do Y and will take Z minutes; the second will do A and will take B minutes, etc." Otherwise when you have to take time off work, you don't know when you'll be back. There can be a big difference between a 10 minute appointment that happens on time and a 30 minute appointment that starts 15 minutes late (as mine did). Yesterday the dentist asked me if I wanted "numbing", but hadn't explained what he was going to do and I had to ask in order to make an informed decision. Also I'd booked for 08:30. They are very good at sending reminders, but when I checked the latest I saw that it was now for 08:40. There had been no direct communication that the time had changed, nor anyone asking whether that was still convenient.

Very kind and nice on point with appointment time and very quick appointments to everything done fast and very hassle free I had 2 fillings done and they were done fast the hardest part of all that was getting out the chair after 👍

Errol and the team were great. In addition to NHS routine check ups I have had teeth whitening and a single old composite replaced to a veneer/crown and I am very pleased with the process, professionalism and final result.
