Alex fitted a new lock to my door. He also cut and fitted smoke safety strips and a new letterbox. I booked this with Nigel. They both turned up and were polite and punctual. The work was carried out to a high standard in about 90 minutes. I found it difficult to find someone willing to do these tasks but Nigel and Alex were willing to. I strongly recommend them

Mike has done multiple jobs for us over the last 5 years and we’ve been so pleased with the work he’s done. From the first visit where he provided us with a quote right to the completion of the work, I found James to be honest, reliable and hard working. James built us a media wall with 8 inserts, 6 to be used as shelves and the other 2 for a tv and fireplace. The request was to ensure it is fully symmetrical and for it to be plastered and painted to match our main wall in the living room. The finished product is exactly what I asked for. This also included closing off our open stairs to create under stairs storage and to remove an old exposed brick fireplace. James organised the plasterers and electricians and completed everything else himself. James was vocal throughout the whole project so I knew exactly what the plan was and he made sure I was comfortable with all the smaller details before he proceeded with each step. The work was completed to a high standard, within the agreed timescales and the original quote was honoured. I chose James over companies I had been recommended as he gave me the most confidence in getting the work done and he even came over to quote the work during the Christmas break! Although this came with some apprehension as I didn’t know him, I’m very happy I chose this route. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommended James going forward and I look forward to working with him again.

The experience from start to finish has been fantastic! I was given a really reasonable quote, and though additional costs were added (due to extra work which needed to be carried out) these were also really reasonably priced and I was kept well informed about it before the work was carried out. I'd also discovered what can only be described as a nightmare of hidden pipework under the old larder (before work was due to be carried out), and though my own worries about this caused delays with the work starting, Lewis was really supportive in addressing this and was really quick to respond to all of my concerns. Garath fitted my new cabinets, moved my extractor fan/boxing, replaced my windowsill and also worked on a few extra areas in the kitchen and I'm honestly impressed with how good it all looks! All his work has been topnotch and throughout the process he was always polite and took the trouble to answer any questions I had. Work was also finished really quickly which was a bonus! My thanks to you both - can't recommend highly enough!

Hired HB Carpentry to build/bring together a media wall and fit skirting boards. Harrison and the team were so professional from start to finish. Having just completed an extension project, I’ve been dealing with lots of tradesmen and most of them lacked customer service! This company didn’t and it was so refreshing - it made such a difference. They were on time, communication was great and Harrison went above and beyond to complete the job to an exceptional standard. Would definitely recommend!! Beyond happy with the jobs!!

Harrison came out and quoted us for a new decking . He was prompt to start the job and it was excellent ! He was very polite and hardworking and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend his work !

We asked Harrison to build us alcove units and shelves. He is polite, courteous and professional. His work is brilliant, we were really impressed with what he put together. He’s very neat and a pleasure to have doing work in our house. We will be back for more jobs to improve our home.

Harrison always arrived on time whilst doing all the jobs around my house in Hythe. He gave me a quote for the jobs I needed doing as I asked and broke everything down for me. If he was running a bit behind schedule he would call me to let me know if he got stuck in heavy traffic on route to me, which was really good of him. The under stairs cupboard he made to measure and fitted was of the highest quality and we were very pleased with all of his work. Harrison would also advise me if he thought something that I needed doing would be better another way which was also really good of him. He also fitted a number of floating shelves for me. Made and fitted some bedroom shelves in a cupboard along with some airing cupboard shelves. Refitted and hung 5 internal doors. 2 with new door handles. Hung a new folding door. Made to measure bedroom cupboard hiding a stair case which is just perfect. Hung some mirrors for me and also put up our 75 inch TV on the wall with wall brackets. Made sure the TV was in the centre of the wall nice and level to the eyes. ALL the work he did for us we were really pleased with. Always put down dust sheets and cleared and cleaned up when he finished. I will be using Harrison again for some more jobs in my parents home I have already told him this. I would not hesitate passing on and SHOWING OF all the work he has done for us to anyone. I have also told Harrison that if anyone wants to show the work he has done to any of his customers he is more then welcome to bring them along. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I asked Paul to deal with a number of jobs, including repairs to timber sash windows, boarding over an outside doorway, and repairing fencing. I am very pleased with the results. Paul is a lovely man. He always arrived on time and left everything tidy. Price was reasonable too. Highly recommend.

Paul replaced two rotten window cills in out downstairs. Everything was done well and to time and there were no issues. Price is good and work is good. Efficient and accurate and timely. Good job, well done.

Andy and Pete consistently confirmed that we'd made the right decision when we asked them to build a single storey extension onto the back of our house and a replacement porch. They were not only highly skilled, patient, honest, trustworthy and communicative, they (and their team) were just great people to have around. That's pretty vital when they are going to spend months on your project! They used their vast experience and network to quickly resolve any challenges which arose and have left us with a life changing extension that we enjoy each and every day. The gorgeous extension is filled with light due to an apex roof housing two Velux windows and a complete wall of bifold doors with glass gable end. The Utility Room houses our white goods at a raised level for ease of use and our very swanky porch (!) is rendered as per the bottom half of the entire house. Quite a transformation! For your interest I attach before, during and after photos of their work here in Chandler's Ford We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Andy and Pete, with Nick and Graham, carried out our loft conversion this year and we are so happy with their work. What we liked best was their time-keeping (they ran exactly to schedule) and costing (they ran exactly to quote, except for some extras that we requested). As important was their pleasantness in working with. They are very courteous, great communication, and any problems were listened to carefully and a sensible solution found. Our project was quite large (dormer L-shape loft conversion, complete reroof, chimney repoint, 2 new bathrooms and fitted cupboards and wardrobes). Their workmanship is of a very high standard and we strongly recommend them.

We needed some custom wooden signs, engraved and painted, for our exhibit at the Chelsea Flower Show. And we needed them fast! Mark of Bespoke4Joinery came back with a very competiive quote to begin with. In fact he very patiently gave us several competitive quotes as we gave him design changes almost daily. After all that he still reduced it further as part of their price match policy. Mark's expert advice and humour was apprecaited as we nailed down exactly what we needed. We confirmed the order at the 11th hour and it really didn't seem like they would have enough time to complete the work. Mark assured us it would be fine, and in fact the work was ready a day early and better than the original specifcation as improvements had been made to the base of the signs. We had a member of staff in the area to collect the work, but it transpired her car was too small for it to fit. Most companies might consider that not their problem, but not Bespoke4Joinery. Mark took time out of his own evening to deliver the work to us himself. This gesture was really appreciated by us and it was a pleasure to meet Mark. The finished product is high quality, and the customer experience was great throughout. Would give 6 stars out of 5.

These guys are amazing. Look at the before and after pictures of a truly difficult and very bespoke job carried out with enthusiasm, skill and patience. The solid oak feature is truly magnificent I couldn't have wished for any better and my wife was amazed "priceless".

Excellent service. Mark from Bespoke provided us with a new staircase to access out loft conversion in our town house. He was maticulous in his measurements and design, extreemely polite and very good at communicating. The outcome was a very well made product with comfortable slope to walk up despite having to fit into a tight location, with differing width requirements on the differnt segments of the staircase, whilst still being fully compliant with building regulations. Bespoke also provided a number of ancilery items to accompany the staircase including: centre split fire door, oak handrail, carpet trimmers and glass balustrade facia panels. Highly recconmended and would use again for any custom projects.
