Russell provided us with an impeccable service looking after our boiler and radiators. Very timely responses, polite and friendly, very clean and quality work overall!
So refreshing to find someone who we can feel confident in. They know what they are doing and explain things clearly to us. After quite a few bad experiences with other engineers, we are very pleased with the work done and will be returning for regular servicing.
Russell has been taking care of the boiler (installed it as well) for over 7 years. He is completely reliable, arrives when he says he will, and is very good at explaining in simple layman's terms what needs to be done. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours.
