have been using Alight for a while now for boiler & gas services. John is reliable & knowledgeable. A recent boiler fault (No heat or hot water) was found & repaired quickly! John is very trustworthy & he tidies up after himself. Would definitely recommend him should you need an engineer. 5 Star!

We recently moved into the Crowborough area. We found some documentation on the service history of the boiler which is fairly old and discovered it was last serviced by John at Alight. We had some heating issues, gave John a call and we were sorted out immediately. Good response, good service and honesty which is a rare commodity this day and age.
