ABW quoted for and installed a new Worcester Boiler along with radiator thermostatic valves in our Esher home. This replaced a 18 year old system, so we had some legacy issues to resolve. But they talked us through the options and shared the legacy problems. Working was tidy at all times and the plant room has been left spotless. All waste removed without issue. You could not ask for more.

Shower started leaking at 2am, Hamish was there within half an hour and had sorted it within 20 minutes. Really pleased with the service.

I have used ABW Heating in Cobham several times. The parking is easy and the shop is easy to find. I have been served by David on all occasions. It would be an understatement to say that he is helpful! David will offer sensible advice and put zero pressure on the customer to purchase items from ABW. I have bought several items which have fixed numerous issues with my boiler. The personal service, great friendly advice and decent stock of spares make ABW an absolute must to visit. Had an issue with a toilet leaking, Hamish came by and was able to fix it quickly despite only having a small space to work with! 10/10 amazing work, very friendly and communicated everything he was doing! Definitely recommend!
