I found the staff and manager very helpful. I purchased an item from this branch with which there was a problem, this was dealt with quickly efficiently and courteously. And so wasn't a problem at all. Would definitely recommend. 👍

I never really write reviews,but this plumbing merchant deserves one!! I came across this place through a recommendation from a friend ,as i needed a particular part for my boiler that had broken down, also needed a few fittings etc,a lad called mark greeted me which i now know is the manager and directed me to Neil who would help me locate the part on his computer,he sure knows his stuff as he quickly found what i was after! Iv also dealt with the other spares guy Tom and the bathroom showroom manager Graham as well and are a great help,just want to say thanks to mark the manager and his team for running a top quality plumbing merchants! Keep up the good work!

Exceptional staff, brilliant communication and counter service. A special mention to Tom, who pulled out all the stops to get the right kit with incredible knowledge and contacts in the industry.
