I had a problem with water running down my exterior wall when it rained , which had started to cause water damage inside as well . A dissapointing and expensive experience with a previous tradesman , who neglected to resolve the issue , left me a little unsure and nervous of where to turn to next . I rang Peter at PMR roofing and asked if he could come out and assess and give me a quote , i certainly wish i had rang him first off . He couldnt have been more helpful . He took photos of the damage , found the source of the water and gave me a very competitive no obligation quote within hours of first contact . The job was completed 48 hours later , again he took photos of everything he replaced . Tidy , punctual , polite and professional . Have just had a complete re-roof done and can't sing PMR's praises enough. From the initial visit to discuss and quote through to the actual job itself Peter kept us in the loop. The taking down of the chimney and the removal of the old roof was done with speed and efficiency and the new roof and fascias and guttering were all installed again with good speed and efficiency. The end product is brilliant and that will be a job that won't need doing again for many years. Would recommend to any one looking for roofing or even just guttering. We had our roof fully replaced. We did call diferrent contractor for quotes and opinion to fix our roof. None was as professional and transparent as PMR Roofing. So we decided to choose them and we have zero regrets. Very professional, good price, with no surprise fees or extra costs, warranty given and very respectful while doing the job. We have waited a few months before posting this review and we haven't had a single issue with the new roof.
