Viktor is really a great and humble guy. He reached in no time for my kitchen sink issue. He did proper troubleshooting and rectified the blockage issue from root to top and also step by step explained us about it and how he resolved it. Victor did a comprehensive annual service of our Vailant boiler and clearly he has extensive expertise and attention to detail. He also replaced a Gas Hob, and yet again impressed with detail and quality work. He completed all the service documentation and was proffessional, clean working space and a nice guy as well.
