The whole team went out of their way to make my visit enjoyable. The desk staff were very helpful when booking for a Dashcam to be changed. The technician went out of his way to advise me and carried out the fitting without fuss. He went through its operation and did a cracking job. And the coast was great too !

I had a problem with my battery light on my dashboard. Knew I needed a new battery. this was fitted efficiently even though there was a problem with a nut. With the help of your garage this problem was overcome and a vehicle health check was done. Would definitely use Halfords again and because I upgraded to a yearly plan I get a free MOT next time. The man who served me had very curly dark hair and he is a credit to your company.

Brandon the young shop assistant in Halfords twas extremely helpful when I went I. To purchase a car cover, he did all the research online and checked all the measurements for me as I didn’t have my glasses, he also signed me up for the Halfords car scheme to enable a £5 discount, I would never have bothered but he typed in all the details on my behalf. Lovely polite helpful young man, thank you Brandon.

We turned up to collect two pre assembled bikes for the children, but realised the wrong sizes had been ordered. Laura couldn't have been anymore patient and helpful. She made sure the children tried other sizes and styles of bikes before reordering. Laura, thank you for an excellent service. We all left happy.

Needing to make a rapid purchase of child car seat in order to pick up grandma and toddler, I headed to Halfords Shirley. It was raining and I was running out of time. Bought the seat and jokingly asked if fitting service was available. Amanda responded with a No but can give you a demo. Great, I said let's do it! First seat didn't work, (my car was the problem). All change, the second seat went in like a dream. All paid up and on my way out, asked to pay for the fitting but denied and said I'd write a review instead. Here it is: I cannot recall a better customer service event of this standard. Amanda excelled in all aspects of the transaction, research and fitting. A definite candidate for Employee-of-the-year and a perfect example of "Doing it Right." Well Done!
