Too many rogue garages in todays day but this garage is a gem need an honest mechanic like mark if only there was a 100 of him could have a franchise of garages around the UK honest & reliable work ethic & prices this the number 1 garage best of best.

So, I phoned up to have my car serviced. All on the strength of the reviews I read. asked for a price and Mark did not give me a figure. He could not say, not sure, depends on parts ect. So, a little worried I dropped car round. Later picked car up and fearing the worse. Nothing to worry about. No disaster stories, service done at a reasonable price. Hard to trust people now days. Ready to trust this fella always. 10 out of 10

Great fellow mark, said how busy he was and cound't get the car in until thursday. But said if i get the radiator that needed replacing, let him know and he will see if he can do it sooner. Then got my car in on the tuesday. Worked later to get it done. Much appreciated his help. No surprise extra jobs needed doing. And an excellent price for the labour. Also easy to talk to and helpful. Will use there again without a shadow of a doubt. Good honest work.

Never had anything but first class service from this garage. I've moved around over the years and used a few different garages, but stuck with these for 5/6 years now. Always polite, friendly, helpful and most importantly, I've never felt ripped off. Work is always done quickly and seems fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone.

A very good garage.ive been using these guys for my MOT,s over the last 3 yrs now an their good and thorough .my vans 16 yrs old and I tend to maintain it my self during the year .I like to know when driving that the van is solid and fit for purpose.

Excellent experience at Pit Stop Motors. I took car I purchased last year for its annual warranty inspection. The inspection was carried out on time as per booking znd while I waited, a good report back and I was on my way. The team and facilities were very impressive, I'll be using them again going forward, a very good addition to the area.

The lights on my BMW 3 series failed and I was told I would need a whole new headlight through a main dealer. I took it to pit stop motors for Alex and his colleagues to look at. They diagnosed the issue quickly as only needing new special bulbs and fixed it the following morning. They’re affordable, professional and helpful. Highly recommended l.

Absolutely excellent service all around. I had been struggling with a vibration through my steering and chassis for the better of the last 3 months. I purchased a couple of replacement wheels for my Mazda 6, gave a ring and spoke to Jack, and was fit into an appointment as early as 30 minutes from the time I called. Kurtis checked for wheel buckling, fit my new wheel to replace the buckled one, balanced them, and did my alignment. My steering wheel while driving has never been more straight than now, and the car's steering no longer shakes and the car no longer vibrates at motorway speed. I am EXTREMELY happy with the service I've received and the results of my trip. Thank you!

Wow what can I say , brought my car few months ago with terrible service from a certain dealer , and my worry was always the wet belt on my C5x. So I called Citroen they said 2 month wait , it would have broken by then . So called these guys and wow what a service got me in asap, quoted the work and stuck to there word, efficient and fast service I’ll be back again 100% , also got a courtesy car which was a little dirty but hey it’s a run around and worked for me . Top guys well done , I’ll back :)

I initially found Walsall Wood tyres & service via a Google search as had a slow puncture & they were very local. They were able to fit me in at short notice & repaired the puncture swiftly (I was expecting, like on so many occasions before at different garages I would be told I needed a new tyre. However for the first time since I have been a car owner they repaired it). I have returned on numerous occasions & have also recommended it to others who have given good feedback. The difference for me is the hight standard of customer service, great communication & efficiency. I have called again at short notice & they have always been friendly & helpful, especially Jack & Callum. I have finally found a garage I trust and don’t feel like I’m being ripped off, fobbed off or spoken down to. I highly recommend this business & thank them all for their services.

I wish I could rate Vicky and the team at Car friend even higher!! They always go above and beyond to fulfill and exceed my expectations. They are so professional and trustworthy. We have 3 cars in the family and use them for all of them. Recently I was booked in to have the recommendations done following my mot a couple of months previously. Vicky suggested running another diagnostic check to see if anything else had changed within the time, rather than doing the work then discovering more problems down the line. I really appreciated this service because it meant that due to the value of the car it wasn't financially viable to go ahead with the work . I was so thankful that even though it meant they didn't receive any money from this particular job that they made me aware of all issues so that I could make an informed decision. I've now purchased a new car and will be using car friend for this vehicle and will continue to use for all the others in the family going forward. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Was very satisfied with the overall experience from start to finish customer service complementary hire car,the jaguar dealership missed off loads of things and I paid dealer fees so wasn’t happy to say the least they also have access to the online service records so can add all relevant works totally transparent which is rare these days.

Can’t recommend enough. The service received would embarrass some main dealers. From the initial enquiry, to arriving with the courtesy car ready (almost brand new as well) lovely people greeting you and a great approach to after sales and explain what needs ‘actually doing’ to ‘probably a good idea’ using red, amber and green…but at a fraction of the cost Porsche would charge me. It’s obviously a great business with passionate people. I’ve already booked in works for my other cars.

She also went above and beyond to help me decide which parts needed replacing as a priority. Even though it's 40 minutes from where I live, you now have a customer for life. Dropped my c class with a bit of knockin on one side front wheel , within a couple hours they located the fault and was fixed the same day . Prices are affordable as well. Highly recommend this place and I will be back for any fixes needed in future.

I was recommended Nathan and I couldn’t be happier. A few times now he has helped me out of bad situations with cars. Nathan is not just a brilliant mechanic, he is reliable, fantastic value for money and offered me advice when Iv needed it. My family have been using Forge for some years, Nathan and Dan have also provided an excellent service for the company I work for. Nothing is ever too much trouble, only recently having experienced a flat battery Nathan made sure he had my car fixed and ready within hours, what more could I ask for, a five star service.
