Would happily recommend Car Friend, popped in this morning for a brake health check on my A45 and was very happy, very welcoming reception staff technician was happy to answer any questions we had. They have just got a new customer we will definitely be going back thanks guys 😀

I came here from a recommendation from a good friend, in my 5 years of driving, this was the best, friendliest efficient garage experience I have ever had. Hannah kindly went out her way to keep me informed with updates on my car all the way through whilst my car was in their hands. I will most definitely be back for any future work my car may need. All are knowledgeable on what they are dealing with and the quote service that is provided is one of the best things I've ever used. Going forward I will certainly highly recommend this garage to all of my family and friends. I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you to all involved.

My daughter has just had her wing mirror replaced by Car Friend based in Norton Canes. The staff are very polite and appear happy in their job. As we came away today we said any future repairs we would return.

I wish I could rate Vicky and the team at Car friend even higher!! They always go above and beyond to fulfill and exceed my expectations. They are so professional and trustworthy. We have 3 cars in the family and use them for all of them. Recently I was booked in to have the recommendations done following my mot a couple of months previously. Vicky suggested running another diagnostic check to see if anything else had changed within the time, rather than doing the work then discovering more problems down the line. I really appreciated this service because it meant that due to the value of the car it wasn't financially viable to go ahead with the work . I was so thankful that even though it meant they didn't receive any money from this particular job that they made me aware of all issues so that I could make an informed decision. I've now purchased a new car and will be using car friend for this vehicle and will continue to use for all the others in the family going forward. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
