The service was excellent, and communication was impeccable— I received regular updates every step of the way, which really put me at ease. Special shout-out to Claire, who was fantastic throughout! She was friendly, professional, and kept me informed from start to finish. Plus, the car looks amazing— it’s clear they took great care in the repairs. I cannot recommend Steer Perry Barr enough! My insurance company sent me a list of approved repairers, of which Steer Perry Barr was my closest and had the best reviews. I contacted them and recieved a phone call within the hour, to discuss how things would proceed! We agreed at date that my car would be collected and I was kept in the loop all the way. I had regular phone calls and messages to update me whilst my car was being repaired and when completed they took my car to the hire company so I could return my courtesy car and drive my car home. The quality of the repair done to my car was outstanding, i couldn't tell there had ever been any damage. It had been cleaned and valeted inside and out, and was like a new car! To say I am over the moon is an understatement! I would 100% recommend your service to anyone who needs a repair! Thank you so much 😊👏👏

I'm no mechanic/bodywork specialist but the damage to my car door appears to have been repaired to a superb standard. The staff that I dealt with were all fantastic. Jane and Charlotte in the office and John that collected and returned the vehicle. All equally pleasant and bubbly to talk to and yet super professional at the same time. I was kept well informed all the way through the process and the whole thing from start to finish was amazingly fast and painless. Really well done guys and thank you. Superb! Highly recommended!

From the moment my case was handed over, their communication and professionalism were outstanding. They kept me updated every step of the way, from the progress of the repairs to the expected timeline and even part arrivals. They provided login details so I could track everything online, which gave me peace of mind throughout the process. To my surprise, they completed the work three days earlier than estimated! I was initially a bit nervous about the quick turnaround, but when my vehicle was delivered to my door on a recovery truck, I was blown away. The quality of the repair was exceptional — I couldn’t tell anything had happened to the car. They even went above and beyond by valeting the car, making it look brand new, almost as if it had just come out of the showroom. The driving experience was noticeably smoother, and it truly felt like a new car. Steer Group exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can’t recommend them enough. After experiencing my first crash, I’m so thankful that my insurance company found the most reliable and efficient company to repair my car. I take pride in my car and was fearful as to how it would be returned. They collected my car and updated me on the progress. Jayne was handling my case, every Wednesday & Friday without fail, she would be in touch with the progress (no matter how small). She is very reassuring and an asset to the company, I can’t thank her enough for putting my mind at ease. Upon returning my car, I got a call from John who updated me on his location and how long he’ll be to deliver my car, to which was on time and not a minute over. Unfortunately, i was working so my mom had to the pleasure of meeting John. She let me know that John and his colleague (didn’t get his name) were very thorough and advised of every detail. He had taken photos (photos were also taken when my car was first collected). The whole thing was looking extremely stressful but, thanks to Steer, they made this process very easy.
