Excellent service have been using Solihull vehicle service for a few years now and cannot fault them at all. Very professional from reception to the mechanics. Will always recommend to anybody who requires any work done on their vehicles

I'm new to Solihull area and have found my "Forever Garage" lol . SVS get five stars simply for their customer service ...it's a garage THAT ACTUALLY RINGS YOU BACK .. dropped car in for a known handbrake fault and interim service and within an hour I had a call with what their intentions were and for my permissions. So great Comms from the admin side, full print out of service with observations on what needs looking at , friendly workshop / mechanic in handing over vehicle ... so I'm well chuffed . many thanks and Happy New Year all 🙏🥳

Fantastic service been going to soulhull vehicle service centre for a, few year. Very friendly people absolutely superb at the job but definitely recommend it definitely go there from now on every other year I would be up there again soon to get a full service

Hannah on reception has been absolutely lovely to deal with, so friendly and explained everything clearly. Initially I was told my car might need a very expensive part which I was prepared to pay for but later they said it didn’t actually need it. Really appreciate this honesty when it would’ve been so easy to take advantage of someone who knows nothing about cars. Will come again if needed!

highly recommended. As I have to claim my insurance on a faulty window switch, Hannah was very patience to help on working with my insurance company on the claim procedure and also the respective authorisation and invoice requirement.
