Because of unusually light traffic, I arrived a fair bit earlier than my appointment time but was seen straight away. Both Bal on reception and her brother (apologies, I forgot his name) were very sociable and during the checks and testing, I was given a comprehensive explanation of the possible causes of the dropping coolant level. Should the problem require remedial work, I will have no hesitation in returning to Martek.

Fantastic first impression of this family run business. My son has been using them for a couple of years now for his Mercedes C63s. I thought I would try them after a bad experience with Audi main dealer. From first contact I was impressed with the friendly customer service from Bal. They had the flexibility to fit me in for a MOT as I had to go after work. Again very good customer service when i got there. Nice touch with good refreshment station. Will be using Martek for my next service and will avoid Audi ( ridiculous pricing and very poor flexibilty to fit you in and changed the price half way through the job, not for extra work but for same job, don't want to talk any more about Audi Listers). Hope to continue my custom with Martek. Kerp up the good work. 😊

Had problem with wheel making noise, owner diagnosed the problem over the phone and repaired the problem promptly. My brother’s and I been using Martek for over 10 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for MOT or any other problems if any should occur. Bal is very polite and sends out MOT reminder and notifies us when car is ready for collection. Thank you guys for everything
