Decent honest tyre garage. I had a puncture and they could have easily made me buy a new tyre but they gave me the option to repair it, saving me £200+. 100% recommend.

The best place in town for your car needs. Competitive prices, spacious car park, friendly staff and clean facilities like waiting area and customer loos. Also loads of great cafes nearby if you want to grab a coffee whilst your car is being worked on. They also get in touch when your MOT is due which is something that really works well for me. I arrived unannounced asking for a wheel alignment and they squeezed me in almost immediately. One of their young mechanics carried out the checks, gave sound advice then made the adjustments. Car felt much better on the way home. Nice friendly reception team and a pleasant waiting area. Recommended.

More pot hole damage and the need for a visit to Freeway. They identified a cracked alloy wheel and damaged tire. The wheel was despatched to a specialist metal worker for repair and was back on the car within 20hrs. My car was stored safely in the meantime and I was driven home. Amazing service as always. Honest advice. Expert delivery of care and technical service. And, competitively priced.

We have used Miles for a number of times for our landrover which has been very fair, clear and well done every time. On Wednesday I was in a bit of a pickle having gone through the Sainbury's carwash that wrecked my left hand mirror. I called the garage and they offered to have a look at it. I drove across and John (?) said to go back to the garage and see if the back of the mirror was still there and if so he would refit it for me. If I hadnt done that, it would have cost in excess of £400 for a new one! I didnt end up returning to the garage as I retrieved the back of my mirror from the carwash gutter :-) and my husband managed to slot it back on. Great service and advice once again! Thank you!

This place is really impressive in terms of punctuality, thoroughness, friendliness and advice by all the staff. Concerned about failing the MOT and not having a car to drive ,I was given great advice by Shannon in reception for a pre MOT check which covered everything a MOT would cover which is more than most garages would cover . This minimised the risk completely being so thorough . All done exactly on time . Hard to be better than this .

Also have a waiting room with tea and coffee facilities, cold drinks, TV and air-conditioning, with excellent free WiFi good enough to work remotely on. Have completed teams calls presenting screens etc without issues while waiting for service and repairs. Best garage around!

Fantastic service and good value. Professional, efficient and highly skilled staff do a great job and communication is excellent. You get emails and SMS text reminders before the appointment and, if necessary, a video clip from the vehicle inspection, so you can see exactly what is being highlighted. And they pay attention to details, so I even got my locking wheel nut returned in a small handy pouch instead of my plastic freezer bag I'd been previously using! Highly recommend.

Great service today. My car was booked in for a clutch repair on the weekend but the clutch went completely 2 days before the booking. The AA towed me to the Halfords auto centre garage after hours and I dropped my keys in the door explaining why it was early delivery. They fixed the clutch next working day (early) and waited just past 6pm to let me pick it up and pay the bill so I could have the car back on the same day. 5 stars. Went above and beyond for me. Good communication from reception staff and workshop staff. Thank you
