I never really write reviews, but after the perfect service I received from Lloyd and his team, I felt rude not to. Lloyd was an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. I am not a car man, but he was very clear in communicating what needed to be done and why. The price was very good, with his team working very quickly on a Saturday to fix my car. I will use Lloyd and his team again, and cannot recommend him enough to anyone in the area.

Had cambelt and water pump change done in one day. Efficient. Good communication and price. Technician took the time to talk to me through it which was appreciated.

Mr Lloyd and the team were very knowledgeable and very honest & reliable I spoke to Mr Lloyd and I mentioned what's wrong with the clutch and he booked me an appointment within a week and he did explained everything before changing the clutch and after the job has been done he asked one of his team to show me and explain the difference between old and new clutch. Much different after the new clutch has been replaced they are wonderful they were so helpful and I loved the way they explain everything in detail with regards .They are super respectful and courteous. I have nothing but praise for Rex's Auto Repairs. I was fed up with the local agent for my car and thankfully found Rex's. They solved various issues for a very reasonable fee and very rapidly. A few days ago I was lucky enough to discover Rex's Auto Repairs. I had taken my car to a dealer in Tonbridge, paid £150 for a diagnostic test to sort out the heating. Three hours later, I was told the problem could not clearly be identified but I still had to pay the fee before I would be able to go ahead and spend more money in the hope of (maybe) getting it sorted. I gave up and went straight to Rex's instead, having seen great reviews. I had no appointment but someone (Henri?) very kindly came to look at my car and within less than five minutes, the heating had been sorted while I waited - and I wasn't charged!! What a complete contrast - first class service, expert knowledge and immediate result. I heartily recommend this garage. I certainly won't be going back to any rip off dealerships again!

For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, they explained what was wrong with my vehicle in a really easy to understand manner. The price seemed good (I'm the type of annoying person who researches these things thoroughly), and the work was completed really quickly. The staff are also really friendly, will 100% use the next time that I have an issue with my vehicle.

The window on the passenger door would no longer close and G & R Autos were able to repair efficiently and quickly at a fair price. Would recommend and I will use again.

I've been going here for about 2 years now. Work always completed to a high standard, really knowledgeable and friendly team who are happy to explain anything about the work (I know nothing!). I like how they'll try to fix somethng first rather than just say that needs replacing. Great service, and good prices. Go see them.

This garage went above and beyond to get to the bottom of my dpf error code they kept me updated every step, after having problem with a previous garage this garage restored all my faith and I will certainly be using them from now on for any of my car repairs, servicing and mot I have had the car back about a 3 weeks now and is driving like new 💯 recommended

Have used Mereworth for a number of years mainly because of the high level of service provided. Simon and Rachel go above and beyond and they now are quite willing to pick up and return my car to Heathfield, E Sussex. Not the cheapest but you can rely on the quality of their work. I have used Mereworth Motors several times over the years and have always had very friendly and reliable service. Having owned newer cars (still under warranty) more recently I had been going to main dealers but due to needing a collect and return service asap I thought I would head back to Mereworth and see if they could help. The fact that they can do the same work as main dealers for the service schedule means I’ll look to use them more often and won’t affect my warranty. Great communication, collection and return of your car is efficient and worked around me needing to do the school run as well today. Thank you so much for making this hassle free.

Mereworth Motors provided us with exceptional service. Both my wife and I work long hours so Mereworth provided a free pick up and drop off service which meant we could simply go to work and the transport of the car for the MOT and Service was dealt with and we didn't have to worry about it. They were prompt and communicative about the result of the service and the price was very competitive. Overall fantastic service and would highly recommend for any issues

Found the customer service second to none. Completely beat all the other garages we have been to in recent years. It’s never nice when cars go wrong, particularly around Christmas time and when you have little people to think of(!) but they seemed trustworthy and keen to keep the costs down for us. We really appreciate the excellent customer service we received, in an era where that is becoming more and more rare. We will certainly only be using them for our cars in the future. Finally a garage we can recommend to others!

This garage thoroughly deserves its 5 star rating and I can understand why they are busy. The engineer took the time to listen to my symptoms of the fault and, following investigation, provided an explanation of what work was required and a "worse case" cost estimate to repair. Unlike most garages, who charge just to diagnose the likely fault, this garage only charges for repairs undertaken and only after providing an estimate and agreeing the work with the customer.

Very reliable garage but very hard to get appointments. Unfortunately with cars you cannot always wait for over 2 weeks to get them sorted so end up looking out for others
