Mereworth Motors provided us with exceptional service. Both my wife and I work long hours so Mereworth provided a free pick up and drop off service which meant we could simply go to work and the transport of the car for the MOT and Service was dealt with and we didn't have to worry about it. They were prompt and communicative about the result of the service and the price was very competitive. Overall fantastic service and would highly recommend for any issues

From the moment I parked and was met with a smiling face in the car park directing me into reception, I was reassured that Mereworth had a warm atmosphere. The reception area was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated , a far cry from most car mechanic places I’ve been ! A very pleasant young man was very courteous and we exchanged details . From that time everything ran smoothly, considerations were shown for my profound deafness and my daughter was kept informed of the cost and the progress of my car. Due to the darkness , it was suggested by Rachel that a home delivery next day would perhaps be more helpful for me , this I appreciated and my car was brought to me the following morning . Everything that Mereworth staff did was above and beyond and I can’t praise them enough , thank you .

Have used Mereworth for a number of years mainly because of the high level of service provided. Simon and Rachel go above and beyond and they now are quite willing to pick up and return my car to Heathfield, E Sussex. Not the cheapest but you can rely on the quality of their work. I’m glad to have a motor garage I can trust

Found the customer service second to none. Completely beat all the other garages we have been to in recent years. It’s never nice when cars go wrong, particularly around Christmas time and when you have little people to think of(!) but they seemed trustworthy and keen to keep the costs down for us. We really appreciate the excellent customer service we received, in an era where that is becoming more and more rare. We will certainly only be using them for our cars in the future. Finally a garage we can recommend to others!

I have used Mereworth Motors several times over the years and have always had very friendly and reliable service. Having owned newer cars (still under warranty) more recently I had been going to main dealers but due to needing a collect and return service asap I thought I would head back to Mereworth and see if they could help. The fact that they can do the same work as main dealers for the service schedule means I’ll look to use them more often and won’t affect my warranty. Great communication, collection and return of your car is efficient and worked around me needing to do the school run as well today. Thank you so much for making this hassle free.
