I called about using this garages services a couple of days before writing this review. They saw me as soon as possible and was incredibly kind and considerate to my situation. Amazing and quick service and I most definitely plan on using them in the future! Would greatly recommend.

In a world where everything has to be done immediately, Rose's sticks to it's principles. Finding a garage that is not only willing, but capable of working on carburetors is getting increasingly difficult and Richard clearly knows some kind of magic as in the years I've owned the car, it's never run this well.

What a very pleasant surprise. Not only was everyone incredibly friendly and knowledgeable but incredibly efficient and honest. I do not recall having a better level of customer service from anyone in the motor business. I would highly recommend anyone to use the garage. Thanks for everything.

I was recently recommended Robinson Motors when looking for a garage to do the Head Gaskets on my Alfa Romeo GT 3.2l Busso V6. Matt was extremely helpful in diagnosing the level of work which was required. I was also due a Cambelt Kit. The pricing was reasonable for the work needed and the team at Robinson kept me updated regularly. There were no nasty surprises once work had begone. The job came in very near to what I was initially quoted. A genuine bunch of people. Can definitely recommend to others who might be struggling to find somewhere to rely on. Fantastic service, managed to squeeze us in last minute with one of the camper vans. a full service check auxiliary belt and other odds were completed swiftly and efficiently. Broadstairs MOT Center: The Best in Thanet by far I've been a loyal customer of Broadstairs MOT Centre for years, and in my opinion they are undoubtedly the best in Thanet. Owner, Simon and his staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I use them for my personal and work vehicles. I feel I’m in safe, hands and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They always take their time to explain any mechanical issues in terms that is easy for us non mechanical minded people to understand. First time at TMC and they were brilliant. Only a small job, but they were happy to source and paint a replacement tow eye cover as I hit a bird. They ordered the part on the day and had it painted and ready for collection the next day! Looks great, they did a great job and can't even tell it's not the original cover. I had someone run into my MG one night on the way home. The guys from Total Motor Care repaired my car when I thought it would be written off. They were responsive . Brought a courtesy car within 24hrs. The delivery guy wss so pleasant and helpful. Took care to ensure I knew how to get the best out of the car. Their customer service was brilliant. Always someone kind and helpful on the call which was welcomed after I had been a bit shaken by the accident. Got my car back looking better than before. When I went to collect it was given advice about how to get the best out of it and about future purchases. I will certainly be back here and have already recommended my neighbours

Excellent service - my Mini was well and truly looked after. My driver side looks brand new after having been scraped by another driver thank you Body shop team. And thank you to Ben he was polite, professional and very helpful. He didn't seem to mind taking the time to explain things to me. I always use the petrol station here. Attended pumps and fantastic customer service. You just don’t get this anywhere else. Drive in, tell them how much petrol you want and they do the rest. Nice little shop too. But most of all as mentioned before are the folks that work there, absolutely fantastic. Always love our little chats.

I use this place regularly for fuel, and although it is a few pennies a litre more expensive than some places they make up for it with the service. It's the only service station I know that still has someone to serve you, which is great for anyone with mobility problems or that just enjoys the old days, when we didn't have to work for every company we used.

While filling my car up at their petrol station i noticed some damage to my tyre wall. Waites were brilliant, i am not from the area, they sourced a tyre , collected , fitted and road tested within the hour. I am working away from home and would not have been able to complete my work had they not gone out of their way so late in the afternoon. Waites is a first rate business , thank you.

Great experience from start to finish when dealing with this garage. The reception staff are both friendly and professional & as a female didn’t feel at all uncomfortable in taking my car in due to friendly atmosphere. Car was looked at quickly on the morning I dropped off and I was called late morning to let me know problem, how much it was going to cost to fix and to check I was happy for the work to be done. Nervously travelled from London to view a potential new motor. Firstly I was super impressed with the quality of their stock, super desirable vehicles and all were immaculate. Secondly, the actual process was very enjoyable, Nick was knowledgeable, refreshingly non pushy and I left with an awesome car at a fair price. I was searching for a pre-loved Mercedes with particular specifications when I happened upon this friendly family run business with the exact model I was after. I had other choices from around the country to also look at, a few of which I saw. I then went to Malcolm Waite in Sandwich in Kent. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and took out the car for a test drive with Mr Waite. After our drive I purchased it and took collection of it the following week. It had a very good valeting before collection to such a good standard that I will consider the drive back there when it next requires a good cleaning. I will look at their vehicles next time I am in the market for something special because the whole experience was great.
