Nervously travelled from London to view a potential new motor. Firstly I was super impressed with the quality of their stock, super desirable vehicles and all were immaculate. Secondly, the actual process was very enjoyable, Nick was knowledgeable, refreshingly non pushy and I left with an awesome car at a fair price. I was searching for a pre-loved Mercedes with particular specifications when I happened upon this friendly family run business with the exact model I was after. I had other choices from around the country to also look at, a few of which I saw. I then went to Malcolm Waite in Sandwich in Kent. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and took out the car for a test drive with Mr Waite. After our drive I purchased it and took collection of it the following week. It had a very good valeting before collection to such a good standard that I will consider the drive back there when it next requires a good cleaning. I will look at their vehicles next time I am in the market for something special because the whole experience was great.
