Great experience from start to finish when dealing with this garage. The reception staff are both friendly and professional & as a female didn’t feel at all uncomfortable in taking my car in due to friendly atmosphere. Car was looked at quickly on the morning I dropped off and I was called late morning to let me know problem, how much it was going to cost to fix and to check I was happy for the work to be done. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend this garage from my experience.
Highly recommend this garage. My car (Ford eco-boost) had gone in to limp mode, it was showing fault codes relating to brakes and the turbo! I contacted Ford and they immediately went to a full brake and turbo replacement, the cost would have been over 2 grand, plus labour! A&D were recommended to me. I contacted them and they fitted me in within days. Ran diagnostics, sourced the parts and repaired it quickly and efficiently. It was all done within a week. A&D could have done the same as Ford and charged me a fortune for work I didn't need doing, but they didn't. They were honest, helpful, and friendly. They explained everything they were doing, and were very clear about the cost, which ended up being just over £200 all in. I will be using them again when the next thing goes wrong, it's an eco-boost so probably won't be long!
