Excellent service - my Mini was well and truly looked after. My driver side looks brand new after having been scraped by another driver thank you Body shop team. And thank you to Ben he was polite, professional and very helpful. He didn't seem to mind taking the time to explain things to me. And even before I drove away I was asked if everything was ok by the owner ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service.

First time at TMC and they were brilliant. Only a small job, but they were happy to source and paint a replacement tow eye cover as I hit a bird. They ordered the part on the day and had it painted and ready for collection the next day! Looks great, they did a great job and can't even tell it's not the original cover. I had someone run into my MG one night on the way home. The guys from Total Motor Care repaired my car when I thought it would be written off. They were responsive . Brought a courtesy car within 24hrs. The delivery guy wss so pleasant and helpful. Took care to ensure I knew how to get the best out of the car. Their customer service was brilliant. Always someone kind and helpful on the call which was welcomed after I had been a bit shaken by the accident. Got my car back looking better than before. When I went to collect it was given advice about how to get the best out of it and about future purchases. I will certainly be back here and have already recommended my neighbours
