I was holiday in Broadstairs when I realised my MOT had been out of date for a considerable time , therefore invalidating my insurance. Total panic stations!!! I phoned Albany Motors & they arranged for me to have my car’s MOT done a few hours later. Great service & lovely friendly chaps. Highly recommend them.

My uncle, a Ramsgate resident, was recently put into an extended care facility, leaving us to figure out what to do with his car. After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance asking The Garage, for their assistance in getting the car started (changing battery), and dropping it off to the buyer. I had to send them all the documents (I don't live in the same country), and hope for the best. They were professional, reliable, fairly priced and honest. Can't recommend Alex enough, called monday afternoon about a clutch and DMF change on my MK4 diesel Mondeo, he got the work done Wednesday, and only waited until Thursday to give it back to me so he could test drive it overnight. (Excellent customer service) His price was extremely fair, and when there was a small unexpected expense I was contacted and explained thoroughly and given the choice of I wanted the extra work done. Best quality parts used and shown all the worn parts the he replaced. Will definitely use again in the future.

Brilliant friendly service at a fair price

Just collected our car from Minster Garage after it's service, and I can't thank Natalie on reception and the mechanic ( sorry don't know your name) who serviced the car for a wonderful job and reasonable price they charged. Natalie on reception is so polite and helpful, she even called me the day before saying I didn't really need new spark plugs in the service because of the car's low mileage, so that saved me almost a hundred pound, they really are genuine people, and I can't recommend Minster garage enough, thank you.

Took my motorbike here to get new rubber fitted. Ran into a couple of issues but that's all either because of me or just required fixes I wasn't aware of. Despite this, Ben and the staff there were all really helpful and explained everything. I needed the rear spindle replaced which they took care of sourcing and fitting, it understandably took a few days but that was more down to delivery time than anything else, so it can't be helped. They definitely seemed popular with a lot of people going in and out, so calling up in advanced and booking/ordering is probably the best bet.

These guys are amazing. Been coming here for years and never fails to disappoint, friendly service and great prices too. A quick and easy procedure too.

Called for a MOT they completed within a hour as they knew I worked offshore and squeezed me in. Service 100% 10/10 guys in there 1 lad 10 years spoke too and he was great, another 20 years there and he advised me to go to Halfords to get new number plates before MOT or they'd have to fail it due to illegal spacing once that was done they put the plates on before MOT and MOT tester did his work while I waited approx 40-50 mins £54 all in. Spot on will definitely use these guys again for service and anything
