We've used Thompsett before as they are one of the few that can manage a large Fiat based motorhome (Fiat commercial main dealers tend to be a waste of time for this stuff). Ownership has recently changed hands but I'm happy to say that the quality and helpfulness of the team remains at the same high standard. A niggling problem with the turbo that two Fiat garages couldn't resolve has now been fixed and it's like driving a new van. The bill for the fix was less than Fiat charged to tell us they couldn't find the problem.

Recently started storing the motorhome at Medway Bridge Marina so wanted to find somewhere close for some work and MOT, rang around and got a recommendation to Thomsett, now H&F. Friendly staff and kept informed of progress. Decent price, very happy, well done team, I’ll be using them from now on 👍

Our motorhome broke down in France six months ago and had to be transported back to the UK, once a transporter driver was finally found (two months later.) It was taken to a main dealer in the area, who messed us about for another two and a half months before finally saying they couldn't fix it. A friend told us to try Thompsett Kent and we're so glad they did. Friendly, helpful, completely professional, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and did the repair in two weeks!
