Full Service. Took on extra work, completed same day, car runs smoother and feels like a a good amount of attention had been offered by garage. Polite and informative at the front desk.

I want to give this company an amazing review I rushed there this evening because I got my car seat stuck and it wouldn’t move and the bar to move the seat was just floppy and not doing anything and my seat was so close to the steering wheel it was ridiculous and difficult to drive this way I pulled up 15 minutes to closing time and two gentlemen came straight out they was more than happy to help me the lever that moves up and down to allow the seat to move had seized on one side these 2 were great it took them a good 20 minutes but they didn’t mind and they sorted this problem so I was able to move my seat absolutely amazing people and they had such good dedication they wasn’t going to let the seat beat them 🤣 they had started it and they were going to finish it they didn’t Evan want paying for this but I gave them a little drink anyway…..THANKYOU SO MUCH both of you!!……. Also I want to comment on the fact iv read previous reviews and several people are complaining and have left bad reviews but don’t listen to this there very helpful and polite… upon reading these not so great reviews one person has moaned because there car failed it’s MOT for a DEFECTIVE TYRE but let me set that straight I’m a women and I did mechanics at college and did work experience in a garage and was taught to MOTS defective tyres are a STRAIGHT FAIL no questions asked because this could blow out at anytime and spin your car out so if they look past that and you go down the road and that blows out and spins your car out and blow outs can also cause your car to roll and someone gets hurt in this incident and they have just passed your cars MOT with it like this there at fault and would likely be asked questions and get in to trouble also someone else has moaned about there expensive but there a recognised garage that more than likely buy parts straight from the manufacturer you’ll find that other back street garages and small garages are cheaper because they use cheaper brands or aftermarket parts and the labour is also probably cheaper at smaller garages one because they don’t get as much custom so by being cheaper they think they will get more custom and also because they don’t have as much experience as the guys in recognised garages so take these things into account people…. These guys were more than happy to help me and asked for nothing for it SO There also no money grabbing con men THEY WERE AMAZING and FIXED MY PROBLEM Evan though they were about to close so thankyou again guys from the couple with the broken seat that was a pain in the ass 🤣🙏🏻👏

Was on margate for my holiday over the Christmas period and my starter motor went and Francis made sure my van was fixed all in the same day! Highly recommend.

Great service. We discovered a puncture at 5.15pm when we called them. We managed to inflate the tyre to get there and they repaired it despite it being so close to their closing time. Very helpful.
