I'm very impressed with the service for this place. Open on a Sunday, which is a massive bonus! I arrived a little early, but Pat made me a coffee and was very welcoming. Two new tyres and tps sensors fitted, plus programmed all 4 tps sensors, which 2 other garages had failed to do. I will be back and will recommend it to my family and friends 🧡

Mike was recommended to me and I was very pleased with the work he did for me and the price charged. This is a no frills garage, so don't expect a warm comfy waiting place with viewing windows & a drinks machine but if you are looking for a great level of workmanship at good value with an honest, open and trustworthy mechanic then this place is exactly what you are looking for.

Hello, I used their service for the first time for the MOT test for my car (reg. Prius 2013). The reservation system of the garage near Manchester city that I have been using has recently been changed, so I decided to use Motortec's service this year as their garage is located near my house. I am very satisfied with the progress of the test from the reservation to the completion of the test. Friendly, quick, knowledgeable. I won't take my BMW anywhere else. Had a warning light, turned out to be a sticky airbag switch. They sorted it for a few quid; have a guess what the main dealer would have done...

Took my Yaris in for a MOT after a retest was required. Found the time to fit me in at short notice. I live in Northwich but happy to travel to a garage that will provide an excellent service even at last minute. Will be back for my next MOT in September. Paid via card machine and my paperwork was on a invoice for my records. I was charged for Labour, parts and VAT. All which I was happy to pay.

I started using this garage when my circumstances changed and I went from a brand new fully maintained company car to a second hand car which, it transpired, hadn't been well looked after. I first approached them because I was making a really long journey and asked them to check it over beforehand. I was worried that they would think it was a stupid ask from me but they were so kind and understanding that I now go to them for everything car related. They are a fantastic garage whose staff are willing to spend as much time as necessary talking through problems and options, charges are more than reasonable and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Cannot recommend them highly enough. It is such a relief to find such a gem of a garage.
