Booked my car in for a new spare key to be coded. Asked if they could find the root cause of a suspension knock. They discovered several loose bolts following poorly installed parts by another garage. They did not charge for this extra work. Great service. Very friendly. Very helpful. I will be returning in the future.

Super impressed with my experience at Trevor Burgess today, will 100% be returning for all future car maintenance. Car booked in for an MOT and managed to get it there despite snow fall, the team were very welcoming at reception. Once I’d mentioned I was walking to the train station for some shopping while the car was done they insisted upon giving me a lift to avoid slipping on the snow and ice. An extremely kind and thoughtful gesture that was very much appreciated, they also offered to collect me at the station on the way back if I needed due to the conditions outside. I’ve never had such friendly and welcoming service at a garage, at other places you can be hard pushed to get a smile. MOT was carried out quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable price and I really couldn’t fault the whole experience. 10/10

Great independent Volvo Service Garage.... good service and personal touch. Recommended. I've put several Volvos including a V70 that needed a new Gearbox/Auto an XC60 that had electrical gremlins and a P3 V70 for MOT work. All good. Thanks Lynne and co.
