I have used Halfords Rochdale many, many times over the last 5 years for my company car, my personal car and my wife's car. Usually for brakes, tyres and servicing. Earlier this week my car had a significant mechanical failure at 11pm in Manchester. When the recovery truck from my insurance arrived I asked them to take me to Halfords Rochdale. 8am next morning I spoke with the Halfords team explained the issue and left the keys with them. Over the next 24 hours I was a bit of a pain popping in as I went past and calling them several times for updates (even though they told me they would update me when they had any news). Halfords were patient with me and courteous at all times. Anyway long story short a little over 24 hours after the initial failure I was back on the road and very relieved. Took my beloved 1987 BMW 730i to Halfords, and I must say, they treated it with exceptional care. They even listened attentively when I expressed my concern about jacking it up the Sill, unsure about the sill's condition as its covered with unremovable Plastic. No complaints; they executed my instructions perfectly, and jacked up from rear diff. I made it a point to learn the names of the professionals working on my car: Mo and Miker. They deserve a solid 10/10 for their attentive approach and excellent care of my vintage vehicle. A special shout-out to Nazia as well. She was an absolute delight to talk to, and her customer service was top-notch, earning a well-deserved 10/10.
