Excellent, from all the staff, especially the customer service team, Darren collecting and delivering my car back to me, and the Technical guy! I was kept informed on a regular basis and my car looks like new! Highly recommended 👌

I reported my slight accident via the internet on the Sunday and was contacted by email the next morning to complete a short accident description form. Within hours I was given a collection day and time for my car and the same for a hire car, just brilliant. The team kept me updated about the repair and then a date and time for the return of my car. The car hire people also contacted me for the collection of their car. They made a fantastic job of my repair and the car was very clean on return. The delivery guy, Mark German, was very friendly and efficient, he invited me to inspect my car before asking for payment or signing anything. I must mention the lovely girls in the workshop office for their friendly and efficient approach. The whole situation was absolutely stress free and efficiently handled. I have not included any after photos because it’s just as new.

Quality of repair, couldn't fault. Pick up and re delivery great and both guys an absolute pleasure to deal with. Tracking and information great. Only fault was the umbrella holder attached to front passenger seat was broken. These things happen no complaint but it wasn't brought to my attention just bundled back together in pieces. Not satisfactory.

Absolutely fantastic service. Communication excellent. The guys that pucked up and dropped off my car were great. Job is really good. No hassle, no broken promises. No stress.
