Went down without an appointment on Christmas Eve to get my car checked after someone had bumped into it. One of the 2 gentleman there invited me to have a coffee while the younger gentleman checked the car to make sure it was roadworthy . He confirmed the car was roadworthy. When I asked the cost he said no charge &wished me merry Christmas. What a lovely Christmas present. Made my day.
Anthony gave a five star quick and efficient service to my old car, with a new battery in under 20 minutes. The heart transplant was succesful! Nice coffee and warm waiting room as a bonus!
Fantastic customer service at Wigan In N Out Garage. Speedy, efficient and super helpful. The best customer service I have experienced at a Garage. Anthony in particular is outstanding. He is always really helpful and reassuring and gets the job resolved very quickly. He is a really great ambassador for the company. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
