Bought a used Toyota recently (not from this dealership) which still had the old drivers account logged into the multimedia system, and I was unable to remove it as they were the primary driver. I was put in contact with Phil who is knowledgeable about how the multimedia system works and he was able to perform a factory reset remotely without me having to take the car in. Phil was very helpful in sorting out the situation, especially as I didn't buy the car directly from HW Moon and I am very grateful for his assistance. Many thanks!

Car was picked up promptly in the morning. After a few hours the car was returned clean and tidy. All the necessary paperwork was included in a folder and the Service Record book was stamped. No problems. A very easy process provided by HW Moon. Thanks

From initial enquiry, collection and handover of my car. He is excellent at his job, informative, friendly and no pressure selling. This is the second sale that he has arranged for me and we’re very happy with the outcome. The Service department also deserves a mention as they are very efficient and helpful, and will answer any questions should they arise. Great efforts 💯
