Friendly staff, and know there stuff

This garage is one in a million. Late on Friday night my car developed what I suspected might be a serious problem so I phoned them Saturday morning knowing that because it was last minute it was a long shot that they would be able to look at the car. Because it was so last minute I was only hoping for a diagnosis, at most, so that I could judge exactly how serious the problem was and get it booked in later. These guys took about one minute (if that) to listen to the car and realise what the problem was. It turned out that I caught the problem in the nick of time and not only did they diagnose it, but they also repaired it. If I'd waited and taken the car elsewhere I may have ended up doing more damage to the car engine, possibly costing me thousands of pounds to repair or replace. It's not the first time they have gone out of their way to look at my car either. Great knowledge and customer service.
