Excellent service again from whitecroft. I’ve just picked up car after it’s had vibration issues at motorway speeds, they inspected the suspension and found an issue with wheel balancing 50g. They also did the timing belts, MOT, servicing and wheels in feb 2023 and ordered my requested shell pure plus oil.

I bought a Mercedes for the first time and whilst not wanting to keep driving it into a MB dealership I needed to find a garage that had the expertise of Mercedes Benz but without the cost implications. All suggestions were to use Bloor Motor Works as they had decent reviews and friends of mine had also recommended them. Once I'd taken receipt of the vehicle I booked it in with Chris and the team for a transmission service and a full, rigorous inspection to confirm there were no sinister unseen issues with the car. Chris and the team carried out the servicing and highlighted some other issues that they had found. A really clear and concise experience that left me with confidence in their ability to look after my Mercedes moving forward. Since then I have returned with another issue and again they were able to diagnose with accuracy the problem and what would be required to correct the problem. Be in no doubt that Chris and his team are experts in what they do. They are Mercedes Benz authorised and can update official MB servicing history so it is all recorded correctly. This gives complete peace of mind to owners of vehicles that want to have fully acknowledged histories for their cars. They are now my go to garage for my Mercedes and will be for the foreseeable future. Many thanks to them and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Excellent service today and I can't thank you enough. I only learned of this business yesterday and I would highly recommend them if you have a German car. I fitted a new battery to my car and it required a battery 'reset'. My local Mercedes-Benz dealer refused all support despite being a customer of theirs. In fact I got nowhere with four other MB dealerships in the North West. Very disappointing. I spoke to Chris Bloor and he asked me to bring it in. I was dealt with immediately, offered a drink and 10 minutes later my car was sorted....FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! Absolutely unbelievable. I am very grateful and you will be my first port of call should I need you in the future. Thank you so much.

Great service, good people. Will offer good advice and referrals. They can be a bit busy in terms of how much they have on, so don't expect a next day appointment, but it's worth the wait. Dropped off for MOT in the morning and was done just before lunch. Even left my windows cracked before pickup so the inside didn't get too hot in this heatwave. Small detail but I noticed!

What brilliant guys at Advanced Motorcare, My car broke down, I called the AA he couldn't fix it so booked it into main dealer (what a mistake) they had it for 5 weeks and had said it was a faulty crankshaft sensor then it needed a new one and the Air/Con condenser was corroded and then later it needed a new PCM (Power control Module). On the way back from picking it up the engine malfunction warning came on. I decided not to take it back there so I booked it into Advanced Motorcare, They gave it a diagnostic and said the faults were still there but they thought it was a problem with the engine timing, and so it was, they also gave it an M.O.T. And service all within a day, well done team!! These guys are so thorough and professional and also very informative and their charges are not excessive, 5*****stars, would not go any where else !!

They have never failed to fix any problem, and will always go the extra mile if a job proves more difficult than first anticipated. Recently had a problem with my car on return from holiday. Having used Advance Motorcare many times before, I called them, and despite being busy, they agreed that I could drop the car in for them to check out.
