Just had my MOT done. It passed it and I know the person who runs the place for many years. Dropped it off in the morning and the Test was carried out almost immediately and received a call from the Garage an hour and a half later for the car to be picked up. Would recommend this place and was convenient for me it is ten minutes walking distance from my house. Reception: kind, courteous and professional.

WOMEN FRIENDLY! This Garage was so helpful, both over the phone and then in person when I attended for my MOT & service. It needed a little work doing which was done very quickly and on the same day, everything was explained to me in so much detail really made me feel at ease as I have next to no knowledge of cars, the receptionist was so kind and helpful and the owner and mechanic even went the extra mile to help with explaining everything to me in detail and didn’t make me feel stupid when doing so. Reasonably priced, and will definitely be booking in again. They work with you not just for you :)!!

Came in this afternoon with no appointment booked and asked if someone would be able to look at my car as it was making a strange noise. Expected to wait a while for it to be looked at but it was put on the ramps straight away and the problem was found. Car looked at, parts ordered and fitted within 90minutes! Staff were great! I couldn’t recommend this garage more. I went in after failing my MOT at another garage. I experienced sexism and unfriendliness at the other garage however here was quite the opposite. They staff were lovely from the reception to the mechanics I felt even though I have a limited knowledge of cars they made me feel like a valid customer. Their pricing is fair and Tim was able to give me a worse case scenario price which gave me some peace of mind as I knew I wasn’t be ripped off. Would recommend this garage to anyone and especially those who feel they have a limited knowledge of cars as I’ve never felt so at ease in a garage! Thank you so much

Excellent service and and good work also the customer service was incredibly good and when it came to getting the parts at the same time they got it for me at a good price and educated me on what happening to my car and a big shout to amar and kasim and rest of his team for good and cheap car repairs and i would recommend for you to take your care there too

My car was broken into (attempted theft) and as a result my back window was smashed, smart box tampered with, steering casing taken apart and doors scratched. I thought it would be a fairly straightforward process with my insurance but ended up being a nightmare. It took my insurance over a month just to get my car assessed. Then took them another month for them to decide whether it was repairable or not. When they finally decided it was repairable it took them weeks just to identify a garage for repairs. The first garage they allocated my car to had horrendous reviews. The second garage wouldn't take my car so I decided to look for my own garage as I wasn't willing to wait any longer. By chance I came across Pro Auto Repair and was impressed with the reviews. I decided to go with them which was the best decision. My car was literally repaired within 2 weeks. It would have taken even less time if it wasn't for the bank holiday. My car looks brand new, they matched my window tint and paint perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough. Asif was great, he handled the paperwork required from my insurance and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Even after I collected my car he followed up to make sure I was satisfied and everything was ok.

I was referred to Pro Auto Repair by my friend to go and paint my Range Rover bumper. I was skeptical at first to trust them with such an expensive car. But I can tell you, it was the best experience ever. The colour they used match exactly my Range and saved me more than £500. JLR quoted me £680 for the small scratch as expected but these guys repaired the scratches for £150. Happy days! Thanks guys

Amazing service. I was in a bind and needed urgent diagnostics info for an EV. I called and was invited to come straight down and they ran the diags, printed off the errors and didn’t charge me a penny (I’m waiting ages for a main dealer appointment). Will be using again in future (and hopefully paying)

Had some work on my car recently which was done to a high standard, I was well informed of what was happening and billing was very clear (and competitive) the way it was broken down. There was a monthly payment option which I didn't use this time but it is always handy to have that option in the future. I will definitely be back for my future mots and services.

Now this is a place worth a review. Customer service at its best. A company that cares to get it right and give you impeccable service and work. A place that actually calls you when they say they will, with updates or even general queries. RAC approved and can see why workshop is clean. Staff are very friendly and delightful to speak to. If the work doesn’t make you come back then the customer service will. I haven’t seen service like this in a long time, you feel looked after and taken care off. My husband actually visited the garage but I’ve not seen him so carefree getting work done on his car. Definitely will be a returning customer. What a great garage. Could not recommend this place highly enough. Just a great attitude, great vibe, and high competency. Immediately the attitude was "we can fix it", instead of "err, oh no, tough job, hmm, don't like that" which you get at so many garages. Mine was a quick job in the end, just a battery swap, but I know that other garages would've misdiagnosed it or many of them refused to see it (it's on electric car). Mark thought it was one thing from the initial diagnosis, then had another think about it, and sorted it out. Mark (the owner I think) and the nice lady on reception were awesome. All the people working there seemed to really know what they were doing and were so friendly at the same time. So rare to find in a lot of garages I think. I will never bring my car to another garage now.

Fabulous local garage. Alway friendly, clean and efficient. They do MOTs for motorbikes but sadly no servicing. You need to book as they’re often busy.

My BMW i4 22reg was involve in accident and SME module on main battery needed replacing. BMW quoted me over 5K for the job. Matt completed the job and did a lot more than what BMW quoted in 2/3 of the cost and genuine BMW parts were used. On couple of occasions Matt stayed beyond 6 o clock to work with coding guy to complete the job. Through out process of the repair Matt kept me informed / Updated with progress of repair and cost. Very honest, reliable service and I think GG Auto are the only garage who can repair electrical cars in Manchester area.

I recently used GG's services for a fault in the fuse box of a Hybrid Toyota Prius. I was most impressed with the sevice I received. Matt who oversaw the diagnostics and repair was most knowledgeable and helpful. Even afterwards when I needed some follow up guidance he spoke me through everything I needed to know and what I should do. He made himself available for me whenever I would call and this was highly appreciated. I would highly recommend both this garage and Matt in particular to anyone needing repairs with such a car.

I had a great experience with this garage, I had a broken side mirror, called many garages and only they told me to come in straight away to have a look at my car, ordered the part and fixed my car within two days. The owner was very nice and helpful also they were cheaper compared to others. Definitely recommend it.

I cannot recommend this garage enough. They have worked so hard on my car and always try to get it back to me as quickly as possible. All the work I have had done has also been extremely reasonably priced. No matter where I live in Manchester, I will be using Arc 1 Tec!
