I called without an appt on a friends recommendation with a faulty exhaust. Paul was friendly and although fully booked he put the car on the ramp, removed the exhaust and said he would repair it as I needed the car we arranged for it to be finished the next day. He is accommodating, friendly, caring approachable, sticks to times and cost stated .from my experience I would highly recommend him.
