I had little hope left after going to 2 different garages and being misadvised about a fault with my Mercedes. I brought my car here to YP autos after being recommended by a friend and was surprised with the fact that the issues which i could not get fix for months elsewhere were all sorted here in 1 trip! I’m not really one to post reviews regardless of how great a service has been. But, I genuinely had to create a Google Account to leave a review for YP Autos due to the phenomenal service I always receive from them. I have been using them since 2016/2017 and they have been exceptional every single time for me. The previous reviews speak for themselves. I usually communicate with Tosif who is brilliant, each step you will be notified with an update on your car. Whenever I’ve dropped my car off at 9am by 12/1pm it has usually been ready for collection which is a very efficient turn around time. The mechanics and garage staff are really helpful, experienced and willing to go an extra mile in order to provide you with exceptional service and get your car up to its 100% health. The price for YP Autos is very reasonable in comparison to other garages in the area; I have recommended them to plenty of people and I actually have had people coming down from different towns to use YP Autos due to their reliability and work ethic. You will not be disappointed. Any issues - please do visit them, they are reliable, 100% authentic and truthful in terms of costs/what’s needed to repair your car in terms of parts/labour time. Would highly recommend! Every time I have a problem with my car, they always accommodate and get the job done quick so my day isn’t affected. They are upfront and honest with you and will keep you updated with what’s happening.

I was recommended to use these guys to get a new light fitted on my car and they were very accommodating and friendly. Despite being very busy they fit me in! The whole process from booking to completion was fab! I dealt with Tosif and found him to be very professional, friendly and helpful! Will definitely use their services again!

Always feel confident bringing my car to this garage. Honest mechanics who tell you exactly what needs doing and what does not need doing. Will accommodate with timings as best as they can. Very well priced too considering a lot of work was needed.
