Turned up at Samacat Autos today unannounced as I had punctured my tyre and it was deflating quickly - required fixing ASAP. Karl was fantastic - he checked and fixed it straight away. Through word of mouth, I went to this independent garage for 4 new tyres for my works van and was greeted by Karl who priced up the job for me. There was no pressure selling or any of that nonsense. The tyres were orders for next day and fitted whilst I went out for a butty. Whilst I was dropping off and picking up I saw a number of ‘drop-in’ customers needing services, battery changes etc. which is testament to Karl’s ability as a quality mechanic whilst giving the customer the confidence that they’re in good hands. 10/10.
