My car had a breakdown on motorway had the car recovered to COGS and passed over the RAC report. From the start to finish of the work being carried out the communication was excellent received txts daily with updates also pictures of the faults couldn’t be more happy with my service from the team at COGS they even had to put up with me nipping in and out to get items needed from the car. on collection of car Zoe spoke with myself about warranty on ten repair and also how she was at the end of the phone if I wasn’t happy and wanted anything checking over highly recommend this garage reliable , excellent communication, friendly and always looking for the best option for customers thank you to the team and see you when I need my services 👌👌👌

I always leave things until the last minute like my MOT or any repairs. I usually ring Zoe in a panic but she always gets my car in and fixed within a few days. Staff are great and knowledgeable and won't rip you off. 5 ⭐️ treatment every time I go

I always message Zoe, telling her the noise my car is making ,no problem for Zoe, always fixed it, even came to collect me instead of allowing me to get a taxi, I will always use Cogs thanks guys

This car of mine has been a 6 month headache, all to do with my brakes. It’s been turned away from places, other places had no idea what was wrong with it, so at one last bit of hope I took it to Autocog. And what can I say, fully diagnosed and repaired to a very high standard within 2 working days, my brakes are better than ever!! The communication and keeping me updated left me feeling completely confident I had chosen the right garage, Hats off to Zoe and her team…. Literally pulled it out of the bag. So impressed 😊

I had a fault come on my Mini Cooper advising transmission oil was low and needed changing. I took it to the dealer who sold me the car and they said it needed to go to Mini specialists because it needed specialist tools and it was a messy job. I took it to Autocog instead. I can’t rate Zoe highly enough . She was able to diagnose the problem straight away and took the time it needed to make sure the fault was dealt with and my car was safe to drive. She even arranged to have my car delivered back to me at home. Zoe was professional at all times and kept me informed throughout. Finding good mechanics is hard but I can honestly say that once you’ve been to Zoe/Autocog you won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend het
