The staff here are really friendly and approachable. I’m not from the area, but work as a community nurse there. My car kept showing reduced engine power. They fixed the problem, pumped my tyres and even sort out some electrical issues on the day. Perfect service, didn’t cost me much and I would definitely recommend this mechanic for car issue 🙂

Best local garage by far, honest chaps who give great advice and don't try and rip you off. Just make sure to book in early for regular maintenance or MOT's as they get busy (always a good sign).

I've used Jay-mech garage a while and they have never let me down. Car has been in a few times in the past 3 months with different suspension/steering noises. Jay-mech were able to diagnose and repair the issues. Reasonably priced and also provide you with information on repairs.

I went to Master MOT and service garage for full service and MOT. My car failed the MOT but they offered to order the parts needed and fix my car. They have done an excellent job. During fixing my car, they have sent me pictures of everything and videos of what all they have fixed. The car was even dropped off to my house as I was working and could not pick it up. Definitely will come back next year.

Booked my car in for a service and mot today. My car was picked up and dropped back off at my home, driver's were friendly and courteous. Was sent texts and videos throughout the day explaining the process of what was being done. The additional work wasn't done till I verified the work to be done as well as the price with the additional costs. The chap I have spoken to on the phone was very polite. I Would recommend you give these guys a call, as the price is very reasonable too! 5☆ service! 😀

From my experience as a first time MOT test was so good. The mechanics were very very honest and the serviced was untellable. I would say this centre is the best at overall. I contacted Ian on Monday morning regarding a problem with my bottom pullie wheel that was coming off and also caused my belt to tare! Very impressed with the service and quality of work done by Rob and his team. Two different cars, two different problems, but both resolved with the minimum of fuss. From the outset, we were listened to and then Rob's team looked into it and gave us a written estimate. In both cases this wasn't exceeded. Rob called us when he said he would, the cars were ready when he said they would be, and there was even some advice on how to keep things running well for the future. The garage itself is clean and tidy, and whilst it doesn't have the flash of a showroom (yet), it isn't intimidating or dangerous. No hesitation in recommending this place; we will be going back there for servicing, repairs, MOT.

Used this garage a couple of times now, for a coolant leak at the start of the year and a MOT with some parts that needing replacing this week. Absolutely brilliant service from all the lads there!
