Parkway Prestige were brilliant throughout the whole process of getting our car repaired and modified. Branden took care of us throughout this process and was always there if we had any questions. While our car was with Parkway Prestige, we decided that we wanted to modify our car with a body kit. We spoke to Branden about this and him and his team were more than happy to fit this for us. When my beloved (and heavily invested) classic Porsche suffered body damage I feared the worst. On contacting Parkway Prestige they assured me from the outset that while it looked bad it was in no doubt repairable and worth saving the car. Working together parts were sourced but the real skill was to maintain the structure of the vehicle with minimal panel replacement and complete the repair with a top quality paint finish to match the vehicle. The relief to see the car repaired was incalculable and to quote a pal: 'it looks better than before the accident'. All images attached are post repair other than the one showing vehicle damage.

I did my research on selecting a repair shop after sustaining damage to the side of my car. I wanted to prioritise a top quality job with minimal hassle and good communication over price or quick availability. I was hopeful from reading previous reviews here and thankfully was not disappointed. Parkway have done an excellent job with great attention to detail - the side of the car is back to how it rolled out of the factory! Communication was very professional, the job was completed on time and I had faith in the team throughout. I did have to wait a while to book in to get the work done but felt this was probably a good sign that the team here are in high demand. There were lots of Teslas being repaired here but they are also an approved repair shop for Volvo and I think a number of other makes. I would definitely have work done here again if needed, thanks for a great job and service.

Let me begin by saying that many years ago I have, like most people, lost confidence in all companies car related, it is extremely hard finding good companies that are honest and knowledgeable. I was expecting this to be a similar experience. One thing I don't like about tesla is that they don't do the repairs themselves on most paint and panel work, now used to the fantastic level of service provided by tesla each time, I don't really want to deal with other companies. Although dreading dealing with another company, I had no other choice so Parkway Prestige was going to repair my car. This is where that feeling changed, I was very happy to see that their service level is indeed on par with tesla, many miles above other companies. Took my tesla Y there initially for a dent repair through insurance. Needed to get the bumper sorted as well and I got a phone call while I was driving away to ask if I would like that done as well. I agreed (very reasonably price) . Work came out perfect with no complaints at all, to be expected. What's not to be expected these days, and most car companies could learn alot from Parkway Prestige, is the level of service that they have offered. From the first contact until the day I picked up the car, the customer service was phenomenal. They have under promised and over delivered on all aspects. Took my new Tesla to them after someone reversed into it, the guy came out straight away and gave me an idea of what needed doing. They were not on my insurance 'pre-approved' repairers but based on the first time meeting them and talking through the damage, along with them being an approved Tesla repairer, I wanted our car to go there. Admiral said if they can provide a competitive price, we can take it to them. They did, less than 2 working weeks later the car was booked in for a full door replacement, the car was ready within 2 days to collect which was much quicker than expected. Upon collecting the car, they had fully valeted the car inside and out, it was immaculate. The new door and paint matched perfectly, and there is no way you can tell it has been repaired. Would use again, highly recommend from start to finish.
