Very friendly, affordable, and honest garage. I am long time customer and have gone out of my way to remain one after a few interactions that left an impact on me as a testimony to their honesty and integrity. For example, one time the cost of repairs was lower than the previously agreed upon quoted price (would definitely not have known any better), and they went out of their way to refund me the difference despite the original quote already being quite affordable.

Booked my car in for a service and mot today. My car was picked up and dropped back off at my home, driver's were friendly and courteous. Was sent texts and videos throughout the day explaining the process of what was being done. The additional work wasn't done till I verified the work to be done as well as the price with the additional costs. The chap I have spoken to on the phone was very polite. Its a chore these days trying to find a garage you can truly trust. This garage is now my go too choice for myself and my family. I had a timing belt replaced on my Peugeot 3008 2017 model. This also meant an oil change, water pump, coolant and antifreeze replacement and then a tune up. Fantastic job and saved me £300 on a Peugeot dealer quote. The staff are very professional and polite and everything is explained , old parts shown if requested. I would like to mention one of the technicians Brent, for his hard work , much appreciated.

Did my brakes and wheel bearing. Was getting some crazy quotes for the work but these guys were better than everyone else. Also did a brilliant job and its been a few weeks and the work had held up. My regular garage now. Also very time efficient and good communication. Job done in a few hours.

Trying a new garage is daunting… and after reading the reviews i decided to try MA. i am happy with the work carried out and the staff was friendly There was abit of confusion at first because I was down as Paul (not my name) but left it with them and picked it up no problem Almost got a free socket wrench 😂 but I took it back after finding it in the engine bay

After numerous bad experiences with other garages I now have my cars serviced and repaired at Gradwells in harwood . Excellent work and very reasonably priced. I have had brakes,wheel hubs,oil changes ,transmission fluid changes,serviced,belts changed,..amongst other work over the last 18 months here and been more than happy . They recently brought my project red mx5 through its mot after it had been standing for 3 years...for less than £150. Very reasonable
