My experience with Sapphire Garage has been extremely brilliant. From the moment I walked through the doors, the team were very friendly and very professional. I was extremely impressed with the work carried out to my vehicle, absolutely brilliant. I had an issue getting colour match and I have to say it's spot on. A special mention needs to go out to Carlo Arnone. From the 1st visit until the last, he has been excellent. His customer service is an asset to the company. Carlo would keep me posted throughout my time the vehicle was in the workshop. I cannot thank him enough for the customer service he has shown, so once again thank you Carlo. My car was repaired after two accidents. I was really impressed with the speed and quality of the repairs. The people are very approachable and offered practical advice. Very pleased and have recommended them to everyone I know.

Very impressive set up. Modern looking and professional. Customer service is exceptional. Was seen to with the minimum of fuss, excellent communication, offered a hot drink etc…. As good as I’ve ever experienced customer service wise. 5 stars all the way for me.

Excellent service. My wife’s Abarth had a problem with its side skirt beginning to detach. Carlos and Tasha got it in and fixed the same day. Side skirt now looks as good as new. Everyone happy. Thumbs up.
