I moved here from the local Volvo dealership after my Volvo service plan ended and after very poor service by the dealers for 3-4 years. Excellent service from the quotation by James all the way to completion of a major 100k service plus MoT and some extra jobs. The communication at every step was very good indeed (Tracy thank you). My car is running like new and will return for the next service/future work to this very professional workshop.
