Great garage - the owner is very friendly and straightforward. The issue with my vehicle was harder than initially thought to fix but the guys took everything apart to have a proper look and put it all back while refusing to take any payment, despite having spent almost an hour on it. Receptionist Rita very helpful too!

My car broke down and the usual garage I go to weren’t available. They helped me get my car back on the road within 24 hours which was helpful. They also gave me honest advice about what had to be changed and what could wait until the next MOT date which I appreciated. The car on the inside was slightly scruffier and certain marks that weren’t there needed to be cleaned, so it would’ve been nice if they were just a bit more meticulous in that respect but overall a very good service that was executed quickly, so I would recommend them for sure!

I've been Robert's customer since he first started, long before he opened at his Barking site. What started as a chance encounter and a chat has developed into a long and happy relationship and friendship. In that time, my wife and I have owned a variety of cars, Robert has taken excellent care of all of them - from my £500 Wentworth to the more modern and sophisticated cars we drive now. He's always done exemplary work on them - no request too quirky, no job too big or small. He's consistently happy to chat and discuss any request we may have. No query too much trouble or outlandish - always beautifully and cheerfully executed. Prices are always very fair (sometimes I think too fair) - work is always excellently done, carefully explained, knowledgeable and timely. Since moving to the new premises bang next door to an MOT station, Robert is able to offer the perfect one-stop service. I can't recommend him highly enough - he's a true exception in the world of mechanics.

Thank you to Sagoo and Halim for a great job on my wife’s 3 series. They are both very respectful and my wife said they made her feel very comfortable as normally when she visits garages, men make her feel uncomfortable with the way they stare and behave which is why she makes me take the car in everytime but on this occasion I wasn’t free so she had to go herself. x4 calliper respray and alloy refurb - top marks. Had an issue with back bumper. The team did a great job. Matched the paint etc and gave the car back cleaner than I'd handed in. The best thing about HSA was that they communicated really well throughout the process. Costs timelines pick up etc etc. Super stress free, given not having your car is stressful. Will now take Mrs car and have recommended a few other people. All positive experiences so far. One area for improvement, they were super busy, need a couple more people (admin side) to help when it comes time to pick up the car or drop off etc etc.

I can honestly say the staff and service were brilliant. Communicated with me regularly on the progress of my car’s repairs, initially thought there might be a delay with delivery of the parts, but I was pleasantly surprised when they called me after 3 weeks saying the repairs to my car had been completed. it looks fantastic again, I’m very happy with the work and repairs they’ve carried out. The staff have been very informative and pleasant throughout. Personally I’d recommend HSA Repair to anyone as they do an outstanding job.

On Saturday 21/12/24 I called AGM Auto Centre to ask them if they could sort my car out and without hesitation they said "bring it in" we had called other places but they could not accommodate us. So we drove it in and explained what had happened. The service that we got from the staff was absolutely great, they were helpful, polite and obviously know what they are doing. A great big thank you as we needed the car Christmas day to visit family. If it hadn't been for your helpfulness and taking the car in we would not be able to visit our family over Christmas. I would most definitely recommend AGM motors. A big thank you to all of the staff that work there and sorted our car out. I would certainly go back again in the future. All the best for 2025.

Most honest and probably the last repair shops in London that doesn’t rip people off. I had problems with my GLA not starting and I have tried small and well known retailers Kwik fit and Halfords to help me resolve the issue. I have done everything from battery change, starter change (was actually never changed when the guys at lenardo looked into it) to full service( little did I know I was getting ripped off ) These guys @ lenardo’s were being fully transparent, honest and reasonable with their prices. It turned out the issue was minor issue with the battery sensor. Had I have gone to them at the start I would have saved myself over 700 pounds on unnecessary, unprofessional services from others. I highly recommend this repair shop and will be my go-to repair shop going forward.

I cannot thank Alex, Coco, Ella and Danny at CarFix Garage in Colindeep Lane, in Colindale for their friendly and professional service they provided for me, on my Ford Focus. From the very 1st call to enquire about the issue I had with my new car (only brought it a few days before, from what I thought was an honest dealership, turned out not to be), to coming in with my car, Alex diagnosed the fault, explained everything to me, and has been just so so helpful and kind. I was very upset by the dealership that lied to me about a hidden problem that did not show up on any online check, as it was a recent problem. CarFix have been totally amazing, and I cannot thank them enough. The garage is huge and, the waiting room upstairs is very big, with a TV and coffee machine and cold drinks freezer, plus lots of chocolates to eat, all free of charge. There are toilets upstairs near the waiting room. The waiting room over looks the workshop, so you can see your car being fixed! Downstairs in Reception, lovely Coco, along with her colleague Ella, were just wonderful. So helpful and so so friendly and couldn’t do enough for me, as I was so stressed about the car. They lent me a phone charger whilst I waited for my car to be fixed, and said if there is anything they can do, to just ask. They are the first members of staff you see when you arrive, and they honestly, are a credit to the company. Danny has been simply WONDERFUL, I don’t know where to begin. There were a few issues with my car when I brought it in, and Danny couldn’t do enough to reassure me that the car will be 100%, and I mustn’t worry. I had to bring that car back for something else a day or so later, and I left the car whilst Danny worked on it (this was on Saturday 18th January 2025) , but I was running late to pick the car up. I messaged Danny and he said don’t worry, he will wait for me to get here, and he did, an hour after the garage shut!! How amazing was that? I felt so bad, as I was travelling by other means of transport to get to CarFix to pick the car up, and Danny waited over an hour after closing time, so that he could give me the keys back to my car, and have the car back for the rest of the weekend. I truly don’t know of any garage that has members of staff that are so kind like this, and in my 36 years of driving, I’ve been to many garages with different cars I’ve had, but never had the fantastic customer service that I have experienced with CarFix in Colindeep Lane in Colindale. Danny goes above and beyond to make sure not only the car is fixed and 100% ok, but he has the most amazing, down to earth, genuine and friendly personality, that as a customer, reassured me, and that is why I will always use CarFix in Colindale.
